SHE'S PRETTY COOL??? Really, evil witch is such a fun concept! How not to love? She seems like bit of a complex character, the type where you really need to know about before you go judging

ALICE MY BEST BUDDY ALICE… in darkwing shed be a one-off “antagonist” who drags gosalyn through an alice in wonderland-themed world and drake n launchpad have to get her back home, while in dt17 she would kinda have a webby n lena dynamic with gos where its like “fucked up adventure gal and her strange magical bestie” vibe. also in both versions she travels between the normal world and wonderland using a magic pocket watch. ok im gonna go to bed now

I didn’t know as a kid that scrooge McDuck existed as a character well before he was cast as Ebenezer Scrooge in Disney’s Christmas Carol so I guess I thought DuckTales was what you would have described as elaborate Charles Dickens fanfiction

Well yeah, I know his name is a homage to Scrooge to begin with, I just assumed his entire character was created SPECIFICALLY to play the part of Ebenezer Scrooge, and was just so popular that they kept using him. Instead, his first role in any Christmas Carol adaptation came 36 years after he debuted in comics!

Wanted to pop in and say I love copperbeak 😭😭😭 one of my favorite ocs in the dwd/dt fandom for so many reasons!!! If you have any cute or funny headcanons about him I'd love to know!

Aaah so sorry for the late response!!! I'm not nearly as active on this blog as I should be, hopefully that'll change soon :[ Anyways!! I don't have anything particularly cute or funny in mind, but! JUST occurred to me that the reason that steelbeak's first major appearance in dt17 was the double-o-duck one bc thats what darkwing was called originally and steelbeak was supposed to be the main villain during that point......... thats rlly cute wtf
