Have you ever looked back at old pictures and wondered, 'What was I thinking?' when you saw an outfit you wore? That was me after looking through those pictures and back then I thought I looked so cool.@theelitestarters
dm: a shame. well, they are very lucky to be involved with you. no hard feelings, i wish you luck in your endeavors. you're a good guy, i applaud you for being so open and setting boundaries. always here if you need to talk.
dm: they are lucky, i'm a great guy and handsome as hell. i never set boundaries before, was too busy working to make it. i suppose my plan worked since i'm busier than ever but i'm older now and want to have it all. same for you, always here and always here to talk and help you through the craziness.
private: you must be hard to forget. but no, she wouldn't have messaged you if she could get you off her mind. and that makes sense why she went quiet when we talekd about you.
private: it's me, of course i am. all the people she could have messaged and she picked me. i feel very special. it does make sense now and not how i took it at first. she's still that same sweet girl i met years ago.
private: it gets us all into trouble. I'm just here to remind you of all your flaws! i mean, maybe it's meant to be this time since you can't get her off your mind. guess it doesn't hurt to see where it all goes.
private: you do such a good job of that. maybe, apparently she couldn't forget about me either or she wouldn't have messaged me. trying to take it slow but it's not easy with how hot she is.
Her brow arched upwards in a playful look, âyou didnât invite me out to just get me back into your bed again? Iâm surprised, Mr. OâBrien.â She wasnât going to be mad about if he had ulterior motives. But she wanted to get to know this new Dylan. She wanted to know if the feelings that she had been feeling were real, and not just feelings because they slept together. But with how her stomach turned every time he looked at her, or smiled, she knew the feelings were real. And now she was trying to figure out where his head was at. She didnât want to go down this path if he truly just wanted to have sex with her. She always got emotionally attached and wanted more from her partners. And a lot of the time that bit her back because they never wanted more. âI donât think the fans really know about this place. I always like the ones that they havenât caught onto yet. My little hiding spots â kind of like AttayBoy for you.â She said teasingly, bringing her wine glass up to her lips and took a quick sip of the liquid. Her tongue slipping out to lick off the excess on her lips as she set the glass back down. âWe do have everyoneâs attention. Theyâll get bored and stop staring⊠Iâm sorry,â her voice got quiet. Almost feeling bad that everyone was staring at them. She was always self-conscious about it since she knew they were looking at her, and probably not him. The last time they were together, no one really knew who she was yet. So going out and being hidden in public was a lot easier to do. She shifted in her chair, putting one of her legs over the other under the table and both of her hands rested against the table, hands folding against each other.
Her lips pressed together in a fine line as she thought about what he was saying. His charm. The one thing that had always pulled her in, that would normally have her blushing and giggling like he was the only thing that matters. âYour charm still works, Dylan. I wouldnât be sitting across from you if it wasnât still strong,â she winked at him. Her thumbs fiddled together, her icy blues locking on his dark orbs. âI like you better with the beard. You look older, more mature. You looked younger and immature clean shaven.â Sabrina use to not care, but as she aged, she liked her partners with a little more stubble than in the past. A giggle escaped as he mentioned how close their apartments were. âI honestly didnât even realize it was that close to yours when I bought it. It was a complete coincidence, Dylan.â She reached over, her hand nudging his wrist playfully. âIt wasnât until Logan and Ana came over to see it that Logan pointed out how close we were. Said it would make it easier for him to see us both in a weekend. So, if you ask Logan, I got it for him.â She joked about their mutual friend. She looked up as the waitress came over, and she put in her normal pasta order that she would get there. âHopefully you get to know when youâre filming soon. Iâm glad that youâre getting work now. Seems like itâs really ben your year.â Every other month a new movie announcement was coming out for him. She couldnât get away from seeing his names in the headline if she tried to.
The playfulness shone on her face and made him smile. "Sorry but I didn't, not that I didn't enjoy you being back in my bed or don't want you in it again but tonight isn't about that. Tonight is just Sabrina and Dylan enjoying a fun night out to reconnect more than just physically. You always knew how to make me laugh and let me know that my thoughts and opinions mattered." It wasn't always that way with some of his exes or even some of his family. "We were together for four months and you know it's not always about sex. I can get sex from anyone just like you can." It was an honest statement and she knew it. "I want your time and to laugh and joke with you again like we used to." Dylan fought the urge to reach across the table to take her hand in his. "I hope they never find it because it's my favorite and I don't want them ruining it. You always did like secret little hiding spots." A chuckle left his lips as she mentioned AttayBoy. He favorite hole in the wall bar that you had to have a password to get in. The bar he and Sabrina had been spotting at making out and then leaving to go to his place. He loved that she brought it up, it was as if she wanted to remember the start of things for them. "Yes, like Attaboy but here we can pick our drinks instead of telling a bartender how we were feeling and having one custom made of us. I still have no idea what some of those drinks had in them." It was a good memory and he seemed lost in thought for a brief moment. He watched her tongue slip out to lick the excess liquid from her drinks as she sat her glass down and felt that familiar stirring inside of him that only she seemed to bring out. "You don't have to be sorry, Tink." He felt bad as her voice lowered to a quiet tone. It wasn't her fault that she was immensely talented and everyone wanted in on her life now. "It doesn't bother me that they're staring. I can barely take my eyes off of you either." He reached for his glass to keep from saying too much, they had all night to talk about taking it to a more intimate conversation didn't need to be at a public restaurant
Dylan had been caught up in the moment of reassuring her that it was okay and the stares would run him off, so caught up that he hadn't noticed that he had called her, one of his pet names for her, Tink for Tinkerbell. "I'm glad you agreed because we haven't been on a date in a long time." Not since they were a couple and it felt right to be out with her and making her laugh again. "I'm going to start calling myself Prince Charming." His eyes glanced to her thumbs watching them, seeing she was nervous. A joke about 'twiddlin'them thumbs' refused to be said as he could almost she Logan shaking his head and him and mouthing. 'don't do it'. She wasn't a fan of the song and so it stayed tucked away in his head for perhaps a night on the couch where she could swat his arm and him pull her down and kiss her. Glancing back up to stare into her ocean eyes, he was lost for a second. "I did look like a baby and I'm not fond of shaving or cutting my hair these days but some roles call for it." How he loved the sound of her giggle, it was playful like she was. "Bruising my ego, babe. All this time I was thinking you just needed to be close to me." He watched as she nudged his wrist. "Sounds like something he would say. I'm hoping he'll decide to hang out here more now that Ana's gone. We are good incentives to be in New York." The more he saw of Logan the better, the man had a way of grounding him. "All I know right now is before the end of the year. I wish they wouldn't drag shit out like that. So am I, I was starting to think I might have to go get a real job or something. You would walk in some burger joint after a show and there I would be flipping burgers." It was honest work and he wasn't making fun of it but acting was what he always wanted to do. "I could say the same about you, the last few years I can't go anywhere without hearing your voice or seeing your face. Looks like we finally made it." Both had been plugging away with some hits here and there but now they were everywhere. The waitress arrived with their food and Dylan thanked her as he started to eat. "I swear it gets better every time." He said as he took another sip of his wine.
private: no, i just think you think with your wrong head sometimes. which is fine, we all do that. you did do that. and you also had another distraction on the side - rachel.
private: you got me there because that head has got me in more trouble then i like to admit. that sounds so awful when you say it like that. i wasn't trying to hurt her even though that sounds stupid because i did. i want to do this right this time because i can't get her off my mind.
lilyrosedepp: oh, how could i ever forget about you? me, too. been in paris for a while spending time with family and doing a secret fashion thing. heading back to la soon..where are you?
