Not gonna lie, after I wake up and get ready for the day, I’ll listen to Get Ready by 2 Unlimited in the car on my way to the studio or wherever. Old song, I know. But it got me hyped during basketball games in school, so it hypes me up for the day. Alright, you talked me into it, I’ll give it a listen eventually.

It depends on my mood, honestly. I like to think I’m a morning person but in reality I’m more like...an eleven am person. But I do like to spend the first hour of when I wake up completely off screens. I journal, I stretch, I shower, I make myself breakfast. I don’t really listen to music in the morning. When I am looking to hype myself up though, it’s either musicals, really heavy rap, or something synthy.

I get it. I don't necessarily enjoy waking up early, but I will when I have to for work and meetings and stuff. I always have to get a workout in when I get up though! If I don't then I feel like I have all this pent-up energy throughout the day. What do you usually make for breakfast? I can't cook for shit, but I do make some really mean pancakes!

My morning routine is laying in bed with a cup of coffee and journaling whatever’s on my mind. Your routine sounds fun! I don’t like a lot of noise in the morning but maybe that song would work better when I need to hype myself up to not crash in the afternoon.

Coffee is most definitely part of my morning routine. Wouldn't be able to actually get out of bed if it wasn't! I usually start out by chugging a full glass of water first thing though. What's your go-to hype up song then?

I love waking up super early in the morning and going for a run, get the body going. Followed by a really hot shower and maybe some fruit or whatever for breakfast. I’m a big health guy . . . clearly. If I don’t get my run in because of the weather or anything else, I usually just meditate for ten minutes. Get my body into a chill vibe for the day.

Your routine honestly sounds so relaxing! I've gotta test it out sometime. I've never really tried meditating, but I think I'm going to have to. It's definitely not something I'd ever imagine myself doing, but so many people have told me about how much it helps with pretty much everything.

As an athlete, it’s pretty much my duty to have a morning routine to religiously stick to. I’ll usually wake up sometime between 5:30 and 6 AM, I’ll make a protein shake, then catch up on any emails, texts, or calls I missed. After that, I’m working out, then eating breakfast, followed by heading to practice if there’s one scheduled that day. And if there’s no practice, I’m usually in a meeting of sorts. I know, it sounds incredibly exciting. Way more exciting than getting to shake your ass in the mirror while brushing your teeth.

Sheesh! With a routine like that, I'm wondering how you manage to find enough time in the day to get everything done? I think a better question is what do you do when you get time off? Assuming you get any at all...

I think the routine helps us to wake up, so you’re definitely not the only one. Though I usually put a whole playlist on shuffle and let that play while I wake up. So not just one song. Important question though: Is there a video if your routine. I feel like everyone would benefit seeing you shaking your ass in front of the mirror while brushing your teeth.

I'm not gonna disagree with you there, bro. I know my moves have that effect on people. Honestly, there's gotta be at least a dozen videos online somewhere! I'm not really one to hold back--although many say I should...What's your go-to playlist then? Also, are you a Spotify or Apple music kind of guy? The people have to know these things.

Not just you, me as well. Though I can’t really keep up with your shake-ass routine. I usually start by drinking a whole glass of water and then usually get ready to take a walk. That’s how my day starts off great. But that obviously doesn’t always work, especially when I’m filming.

I don't know...That's definitely what someone who can totally keep up would say! But oh God. Morning routines on film days are a whole other beast. On those days I actually have to drag myself to the gym instead of deluding myself into believing my ass shaking is a good enough workout. Morning walks are ace though! I need to get a dog to keep me company so I'll actually take more of them. So what does the Natalia Dyer's perfect morning look like? On a film day of course.

I’ve been really busy here lately between dad life and work life, it’s pretty much all I’ve been focused on. Partially by choice, and partially because it all takes up so much of time. However, all the people in my life seem to think I need to get out more, so someone fill me in on what the cool kids are doing these days. Just keep it legal, or have a good escape plan for if we get caught. Can’t go getting arrested, wouldn’t look too good for the dad life parts. @cityofdreamsstarters​

i’ve recently discovered this new show called paranormal caught on camera, and i’ve been in bed most of the day trying to watch my way through a million episodes. during this glorious marathon of spook, there were several episodes dedicated to big foot and all the footage was blurry, and it got me thinking why? why is it 2023 and we still don’t have high definition footage of bigfoot? i’ve been such a huge bigfoot believer for years, but as technology advances and the footage gets crappier, it kind of leads me to believe that maybe bigfoot is a hoax. what do you think? do you believe bigfoot is real? or do you think it’s just a myth made up to scare hunters out of the woods? / @cityofdreamsstarters​

i’m finally back in the states after months in Australia filming, and let me tell you. i loved it down there, it was so beautiful, but i’m happy to be home! they don’t have dunkin donuts in Australia, and their cold brew gives me life. i also came home to five billion rumors about me…but what else is new. it’s me and tank against the world.
