"Yeah, right—here!" She replied, poking the thief in the side after weeding her arm out of the girl’s grip.

"Lyh’d dyga pylg dra dnidr," she said with a grin, tipping her bottle back against her lips, still half full. Teasing the blonde was too easy, and only easier when she was tipsy— which wasn’t often, due to Paine’s usual attitude toward drinking often.

But tonight was special. The day had been long, and tomorrow left them free to relax. It was a perfect opportunity for Paine to drop the hood, to let loose and have a little fun.

Even if she were to regret it in the morning.

"Hey--!!" She tried to sound affronted, only to end up in a fit of laughter from the abuse on her side right where she happened to be extremely ticklish. "Oui'na hu vyen!" The blonde whined with a pout, soon after guzzling down the rest of her bottle with a flourish before tackling the next one-- sometimes the girl really didn't know when to limit herself.

"I bet'cha you're ticklish somewhere an'you're just hidin' it from me..." Green spirals hinted at mischief, casting a glance over at the silverette that could only spell trouble. Sober Rikku would understand the consequences of such an idea, but inebriated Rikku didn't even spend a second contemplating the pros and cons of such an action-- besides, she just had to know.

She almost choked up the next swig when she looked up at the starts Rikku had motioned toward. A deformed shoopuf, maybe. It was twisted up like an accordion.

"And those are you," A pale digit pointed up at another set of stars, shaped like a rather weathered stick figure—possibly had an extra arm, and the head had a bit of a dent in it. "Spitting image," She spoke out, nearly spitting out her drink as she forced in her laughter.

"Hey--! Are you callin' me lumpy?!" She squawked indignantly, nearly toppling her bottle over as she made to shove at the laughing girl. "Oui paddan dyga ed pylg nekrd huf!" Some of her words began to slur together, hands still gripping at Paine's arm as if to stabilize herself from the sudden shift in balance-- her bottle was probably on its way to 2/3 empty by now.

"We are close but—" A loud sigh escaped the silver haired teen’s lips as she closed her eyes to think. "Just don’t tell anyone you know, okay? It’s difficult to explain."

"Okay, got it," The blonde nodded, before tilting her head curiously. "But why's it so complicated?"

Paine caught the bottle with a smirk, popping the cap and taking a large swig in one go. The liquor burned her throat, but she welcomed the sensation as she set herself back against the fabric, bottle resting at her side as she gripped it with now ungloved digits.

"This is a nice distraction," She mused after a moment, spacing out as she watched scarce clouds obscure stars and mooms momentarily before returning them to her vision.

Rikku hummed in agreement, staring up at the stars while she leaned on a ribboned elbow in order to support her weight. It wasn't often at all that the two got to spend any time alone like this, just...relaxing. She could feel her body thrumming with the buzz granted from the alcohol, continuing to take a few more gulps of the harsh liquid to spur the feeling on.

"Hey, those stars kinda' look like a shoopuf, don'tcha' think?" Rikku giggled, pointing at the abstract shape she was seeing.

“Rikku—! Ah… I don’t know, I kind of just assumed I would know if it ever did happen— And it might not." Shooting a stern glare at the girl, Seven crossed her arms over her chest. "We’re not together or anything…”

"Wha--" Crestfallen, the blonde shot the silverette a concerned look, "--You're not?! But...you guys look pretty close to me! How come?"

"Grab it— Then meet me on the deck." She signaled as she walked off ahead, making her way up the to deck of the ship with a blanket for comfort. She set it out, slipping off her boots and relaxing against the soft fabric as she looked up at the night sky, stars bright against the vast expanse—perfect setup for a little relaxation after a long day.

The Al Bhed was already on her 4th swig by the time she reached the deck, two more big bottles tucked under her arms as she crossed over to the silverette. "Here 'ya go," She grinned, tossing one of the bottles in her direction as she sprawled out on top of the comfortable fabric. "This is nice," She commented, straying a glance in the warrior's direction as she tipped the bottle back another time.

"Password.. secret.. damn," Nero whispered, bringing a single hand to the back of his head. Expression slightly puzzled, it was obvious that there was no way out. "Guess I can’t get through here, then. Your real kind for givin’ me a chance though," he sighed through his teeth.

"Wait wait wait, I'll give 'ya a hint!" Arms waved themselves about the air, stopping him from going anywhere. She hadn't even made up a password, to be honest. Thinking on her feet, the blonde then nodded vigorously, pointing at him. "It's got to do with...Al Bhe-- oh shoot! Y'didn't hear that, 'kay?!"

Oops-- that was the password.

Seven’s eyes widened as the blonde girl grabbed her arm, finding herself sitting in a chair staring at some writing on a piece of paper. “The talk? What sort of talk are you getting at— Oh.” Clenching her teeth, the silver haired teen took a deep breath before turning towards the other girl. “I think I’m alright without it…”

"Without it?! What're'ya talkin' about--" The paper fell to the floor, long forgotten as she ran up to the girl, eyes wide, "--How're you gonna know what t'do if you guys get all smoochy-smoochy, huh?!"

"That bastard was hiding this from us?” Brows furrowed as her thoughts whirled for a moment. “Is that the only bottle?”

The night was about to become… eventful.

"I might've seen another..." She began walking back to Brother's room, unconcerned with being caught because they happened to be the only two on the ship for now. Rikku was already divulging herself on the first bottle, loudly sputtering at the sharp bite of the vodka-- eugh.

"Something wrong?"

"Somethin' wrong-- of course somethin' is!" She grabbed Seven's arm, forcing her into a chair as she started scribbling something on a piece of paper. "Nobody's ever given you the talk, so I'm gonna!" The paper was held up, crude drawings of what could only be Seven and Nero with a big heart between their heads.

"Uh!" A mocking scoff came from the male, pretending that his feelings were hurt due to the fact that he was not granted entry through the area. "Please, oh please let me through?” A swift step to the right, and he was met with wide arms. A small smirk was on his lips now. “Please?” he asked, genuinely this time.
