I started making breakfast green smoothies and I feel amazing! I'm not quite vegan yet (having a hard time quitting dairy) but the smoothie bars in the dining halls on campus are helping me stay away from the bagel and cream cheese bars.
That is so awesome!! Keep focusing on eating tons of the good stuff and the bad stuff will begin to fade away and become unappealing :) proud of you love!
