SUNDAY JUNE 3RD 2018 Join the @tudyz_36 for the Historical 75 year anniversary Zoot Suit cruise and then come out and celebrate one night only event " Club Pachuco " presented by "Collectivo P" & "Sonido del Valle" taking place at the @eastsideluv bar located at 1835 E. 1st. Street 21+W/ID an after party celebrating and commemorating the Pachuco, Pachuca and Zoot suiter ancestors. We will be showcasing the biggest sounds of the 1930s to pre 1960s vintage chicano roots music provided by the best Djs and selectors in Los Angeles honoring the vintage chicano and Pachucx cultura. We are grateful to have Maestro Ruben Molina Aka @FlacoSoul of the world famous "Soul Spinners" bringing the most rare of rarest rolas! Along side @SonidoDelValle bringing the vintage Vinyl Digs, G.Plaza of Sound Archaeology bringing the 1930s thru early 1950s bebop Jazz, and Dj Nikokoya providing the swing to jitterbug. We will also be showcasing & projecting on the big screen the rarest historical Pachucx images never before seen along side Pachucx art and photography. The photography exhibition is as following... "From East to West; Heads up, fists clinched: 1943 & The Black & Brown Zoot" Images of Pride, Past & Present 1943 -2018 -A photographic Exhibition featuring new works by G.Plaza & @JP11s. The photography exhibition will be showcasing creative photographic works honoring the Pachuco, Pachuca & Zooter as a commemoration of the 75 year anniversary of the Zoot Suit Riots.
