|#eatcleancolors 💫 I have a TON of gnocchi frozen (as those of you saw from my live video). So, this light, creamy, garlicky, sage sauce is only one of many ways to eat these delicious potato dough bites. Even BETTER paired with broiled asparagus for added texture and flavor!! . I sautéed the defrosted gnocchi in some olive oil to make them crisp first. The sauce is butter, milk, LOTS of garlic (🙂), 1 small cut of sharp white cheddar, some Parmesan and lastly...SAGE!! 🤤 . Whether you buy gnocchi at a store or make it at home, you guys have to try this combo!! Very very tasty!! Looks like a damn elegant meal, but only costs $2ish a person!! 🙋🏻♀️💁🏻♀️👏🏻 .
