Workout Schedule
Testing 3x a week for two weeks:
Saturday - 30 minutes cardio (Stairmaster); 3x8 pushups; 3x8 dumbbell row; 3x60s plank
Tuesday - 30 minutes cardio (Elliptical); 3x8 pushups; 3x8 lunge; 3x60s plank
Thursday - 30 min cardio (Treadmill); 3x8 squats; 3x8 deadlifts (10 -> 20 -> 30 lbs); 3x60s plank
i am going to become fit and this is my blog to document my journey
