TREVOR.
Trevor’d always had a soft spot for dogs. The bigger and uglier the better. He had never gotten one, simply because they ate far too much, and his money was better served buying things for himself, not a fur beast that would no doubt take over his life. He couldn’t help but stop and laugh at the man being tackled on the sidewalk though. He would no doubt be late to his latest job if he stayed to say hello, but he was about bored with it anyways. This was more interesting.
Especially when the dog turned it’s attention to him, a happy woof issuing towards him. For a moment, he forgot about the fact that the dog’s owner was also there, standing right in front of him, and he barked back, baring his teeth in a rather impressive show before he laughed again. Then the man spoke, and Trevor’s eyes flitted up to him, a faint strain of embarrassment threading through his emotions. “Uh, hey. What’s up, man?”
Eric widely smiled at the heartwarming sight before him -- he had always admired the level of enthusiasm Max had for meeting new people, even if his way of showing love was literally attacking said person with dog kisses. The other seemed impressed and not frightened at all, something Abernathy was too glad for. “Nothing at all! We are just having a walk, and so far you are the only person who isn’t victim to Max’ attempted loving attacks.” Eric grinned once more, shrugging.
“How about you? I’m Eric, by the way.“ he tilted his head sideways, reaching out to pat the dog on the head. “Out for a walk or on business?”
