i really want to know why they changed madarame's sprites in fujieda's route. i have my own theories, but i desperately need an answer.

Also I am so interested in the OTHER drawing Towa does of Madarame, the sketch of him is so beautiful...but he looks very different here? I wonder if this is meant to be kind of like a representation of what Mada would look like if he was a real person???? bc it looks like Towas doing a more realistic style than usual here, which stands out from his sketches of other characters in the game. The characters (and all drawn characters in everything) are a stylized artistic representation of fictional people, but I guess in their own world they would just see each other as People ykwim? Do I sound insane.......Or is it the much funnier answer, Towa is drawing him so so gorgeous beautiful babygirl style bc he's down bad severely at this point in the route.

god, i hated that era. like opinions aside, it really exposed to me how so many people didn't understand madarame as a character. there was just straight up mischaracterisation for like a whole week on twt... these characters share so many lines in common and yet only one character is understood well....

anywaysss only one of them hasn't been killed and that says enough for me 🤭
