Honoring Women Who Inspire – A Personal Reflection on Women’s History Month 🌸 As we celebrate #WomensHistoryMonth, I reflect on the incredible women who have shaped my journey—from my mother to Peruvian women artisans and business leaders to the mentors who have guided me along the way. One of the most impactful and recently moments in my professional growth came when I applied late for the APMP Mentorship Program. Instead of giving up, I took a chance—and 48 hours later, I got a call from Sara Levene (Mentorship Coordinator) offering me a spot. That’s how I met my mentor, Wendy Friedman—one of the top Proposal Management consultants in the DC Metro area. Every Tuesday, I look forward to our sessions, learning more about business development, pricing strategies, and the role of AI in proposal management. Wendy’s expertise and leadership have been invaluable. This month, I want honor women who uplift, mentor, and create opportunities for others. Let’s continue to support and empower each other. 💬 Who has been a mentor in your career?
