i just started listening to the Cold Shift podcast, it's pretty new, only 8 episodes so far- and i LOVE it. this is already one of my new favorites!

Cold Shift is like if you took frozen antarctic ominous horror, and gave it a lighthearted douglas adams vibe. it's insane. it's funny. it's cozy-scary. the main character's blase and friendly attitude towards everything is delightful, and i like his accent too lol. also the other characters are a great little cast that keeps getting added to, though I'm pretty sure this a one man production!

other perks- the character's ukulele music is fun and actually pretty good. also, in the most recent episode, shit got real.....

I just listened to ep 8 of @coldshifttransmission and I must say I'm so insanely hooked! At top of that I just ended my exam session and it was a great comfort for me when I didn't have energy to exist.

At first I wasn't sure if it was for me because English isn't my first language and I had problems with monologue type audio dramas. However! I am happy to announce that I greatly enjoy this!

Also it makes me kinda cozy and I'm startled when something kinda scary happens. I enjoy that.

never know what to do with myself when i finish watching a movie. i cant just go back to what i was doing before bro i just had my mind permanently altered by cinema. i should have movie aftercare i should be sitting with the directors having my needs tended to as i process what i just experienced.

So I know this isn't for everyone but I started a little project called "movie dairy or something".

Basically, after watching a movie (in cinema) I will write what I liked about it and what not (also stick in there my ticket). Just thoughts that I want to get out but at the moment there's no one I can talk with.

It feels very rewarding after a really good movie to gather thoughts, theories and have something to do with myself.

I really recommend it.

Also after some time if I decide to watch one of these movies again I can compare my thoughts.
