lace can’t stop grinning at the other girl. she’s never been one for this type of thing or wearing dresses but she has a date and her date looks lovely. she can count herself lucky in that regard. “have i told you that i’ve seen real dragons before.” and maybe she’s trying to impress luna just a little bit since she finds the other so fascinating.

everything was lovely. people around them were lovely. all was lovely this evening for LUNA LOVEGOOD. pretty people were everywhere. especially how beautiful her company was. head was still in the clouds, of course. nothing could RUIN her happy-go-lucky mood. “REAL DRAGONS ??” suddenly speaking, head swinging to stare at the other. “fire breathing dragons ??” practically breathless.

       “ i’m not even kidding you , mate. i swear , i was in the library of this castle , yes, the LIBRARY , && i swear to the lord that i saw a secret bookshelf door. ” tom is so very insistent on his words , it’s hard to tell if he’s sober or not. but he is — “ come on , don’t you think this is the perfect time to explore for a way out of the PARK? while everyone’s distracted — the park owner included ?? “

luna was listening, nodding her head as the other spoke. very dreamy expression danced across her features. quite intrigued by his story before it switched gear altogether. she was lost in a whirlwind of thoughts before swiftly agreeing, “why yes--- i wonder how different i would be to see the park ?? where are going to go ?? i wonder if it’s----” pausing for dramatic effect, “haunted ??”

“i saw a castle---- of course. quite a BRILLIANT CASTLE.” sounding dreamy & far away. “i’m quite sure i lived there once ??” lips tugged into an equally dreamy smile. “everyone wore very interesting outfits---- mine had a bit of blue. although i do wish they were LAVENDER, i really do love lavender.”

luna cocked her head, staring at the other with her eyes narrowed. “you seem very cross----” feeling like this young girl was angry for no reason. still airy in demeanor and tone. sometimes the dark-haired girl was childish, immature. not like this other female. “you seem uncomfortable in your own skin.” both were on different sides of the spectrum. “you should sort that out.”

“oh----” voice was soft and low, “perhaps you should find a new job.” still moving as she spoke. “i’m not even supposed to be here getting my picture taken. i left the snack stand with a note on the door.” feeling like her body was heavier and heavier each time she moved. “maybe i should head back. but----- do you like this pose ??” placing her hands on her hips awkwardly, “i’m sure it would look lovely on my table back at the hotel !!”

luna lovegood is one of the MOST UNIQUE gal around syracuse point. every single day she is doing something even stranger than the day before. it’s as if her head is always in the clouds, her mind is lost in space as she walks around like the ground is made of glass. 

she is very soft spoken unless she is provoked by someone. luna believes in certain things that make people question her. she will defend something she believes in UNTIL THE END. 

prefers not to dance, but when she does - it’s as if NO ONE is watching. is very brave, she would do anything to protect those who she loves. is a complete dare devil, in a way where it seems like she’d be tame. and her intelligence sometimes surprises people who think she’s just a dreamer. 

since she has no memory, she does not know anything about being a witch or hogwarts in general.
