Logging off for good in a moment, and i encourage others to do the same.

This site is completely unreasonable, stigmatizing healthy séxuality while allowing white supremacy (among other bad things) to roam free and multiply. All while not even fixing the supposed “problem” they enacted their draconian adult content ban for in the first place.

The bottom line is they don’t deserve us, and if we keep coming to this site and giving it and its advertisers traffic their terrible management will be vindicated. (and furthermore it will set a precedent for other social media sites to follow.)

Anyway, there’ve been good times and i’ve met some great people during my years on tumblr... but all good things must come to an end. Sadly, some of them end badly.

I’m sure you all saw this (for what it’s worth, it’s nice that they made it so hard to miss, so it’s not going to be a surprise)

Anyway, that’s the end of tumblr… i don’t know what the hell they’re thinking nailing the final nails into the lid of their own coffin here, but it’s their funeral so whatever xD

Twitter has been my main blog type site for a while now anyway, so for me at least it’s not a huge loss, even though that site has its issues too. So far at least though, they don’t seem to care about adult shit.

You should probably follow me there if you’re not already - since it probably goes without saying, but i’m not going to use tumblr anymore. If i can’t post ¾ of my art then there’s no point being here.

The other place to find me is on FA, though that site has been a bit annoyingly slow for the past couple months, but it’s a gallery, so it’s the one place to see my art without having to wade through tons of inane crap like you would on my twitter.

Anyway, i’ll continue checking here for the next week or two, but after that i’m probably going to log out and not look back. A site that feels what we do and enjoy is “unsafe” and undesirable is not a site that deserves our attention and pageviews, and i encourage you all to stop using this site.

What size of paper do you use for drawing?

Usually i use 8.5x11″ cardstock (that’s 21.5x28cm) but occasionally (it’s pretty rare) i use bristol that’s 9x12 or 11x14, or a couple times recently (like the most recent picture i posted with the hands) i used some random 12x12″ paper i had.

Star Trek V - The Final Frontier, is like... the TOS cast Star Trek film i’ve seen the least. I think i’ve only seen it once or twice, and it’s been a long time. Actually come to think of it, i believe i saw it in the theatre with my dad when i was a little kid. I must have seen it twice then because surely that can’t have been the only time...

In any case i didn’t remember this dancer, but her costume and makeup are awesome

...While i don’t anticipate this being a big deal really, i’m sure there are at least .5 people out there who will be inconvenienced by this and will have to modify their behaviour so the boss constantly peering over their shoulder doesn’t catch a glimpse of a furry tit sailing by while this hypothetical person spends their day looking at tumblr despite being on the clock.

I will still use my “porn”, “suggestive”, and “nudity” tags, so if you’d like to filter out varying degrees of lewd and/or slightly risque things, those will work, for now.
