Today, Lilly's latest venture, launches a collection of jewellery created with Sky Rainforest Rescue, an initiative between Sky and WWF to help save a billion trees in the Amazon rainforest. She visited wild rubber plantations in the Sky Rainforest Rescue project in Acre, north-west Brazil, to see the rubber tapped from the trees and treated. Read more from the Metro article here...

Urban Outfitters launches vegan fast fashion line...
Founded by former fashion stylist Tina Tangalakis, Della produces items made of 100% vegan and sustainable materials that are handcrafted by seamstresses working in the village of Hohoe. The fashion line has partnered with retailer Urban Outfitters to help scale its products to the fast fashion level.

Peers have stressed the importance of sustainable, ethical fashion during a debate on 19 March 2013.
The debate was led by crossbencher and chair of the all-party group on sustainable fashion Baroness Young of Hornsey, who warned of the consequences of certain clothes production techniques for the environment.

Conscious Exclusive Collection at H&M
In case you haven't seen the new H&M Conscious Exclusive Collection it is filled with Hollywood glamour – a partywear collection made from more sustainable materials. The collection features clothing and accessories for both men and women, and is part of H&M’s Conscious work to offer more sustainable fashion. Materials used in the collection include organic cotton, recycled polyester, recycled polyamide and Tencel. The Conscious Exclusive collection will be available in around 140 stores worldwide as well as online from April 4, 2013.
