Im sorry about my lack of posting, I've been incredibly busy with finals and all these deadlines I've been given for my assignments. Its killing me slowly, but i have 3 more deadlines left and then i am back for good. So bare with me guys and gals.

Trapped Inside

Pulling the his scarf over his face to protect it from the cold, Jet made his way through the bad weather trine find a place to grab shelter before he made his way home. His coat now was drenched and his suit well that was another story. His hair was all messed up and was all over the place, but jet didn't care. He just wanted to get out of the rain so he could begin to dry some what. 

Hearing that the university was open, he had decided to make his way there. But from how long he had been walking for, it seemed to be no worth it. That was until bright lights came into view with other people running into the building with open doors. A small smile grew on his lips as he pushed the collar of his coat up around his face. 

Upon entering through the doors a small sigh of relief escaped his lips. He turned back to view the pouring rain and other people hurrying to get out of the rain. Spinning on his heel, was a wrong move in his books. As he turned he lost his footing and slipped over landing hard on his back. Grumbling and groaning he played on the floor for a while, until he heard someone speak “You alright?” Thats when he knew being graceful had gone out the window.

                Another laugh escaped Jiyong’s lips when he noticed that his growling stomach was much louder than he thought at first. ❝I am very hungry honestly, because someone, is taking too long with food❞ of course, his eyes were on the taller male, with an arched brow but still a smile on his face.

❝This time?❞ he furrowed his eyebrows, flipping his hair to the side and stepped back to fix it but not close or over the food. ❝you would be surprised by the many things I can do well❞ he said in a low tone, a smirk on his lips as he watched him go, yet, he nodded quickly, and doing as he was told, he followed the other to the table.

Hearing his tease, Jet couldn't help but chuckle at the others remark “Hey, you helped cook it too, so its on you my friend.” Having placed the pan in the middle of the table between the two plates so each could help themselves to the food. Jet looked to the smaller male and motioned him to sit down to settle his craving stomach. 

Jet laughed again, but this time a little bit more loud and a little more rude - whether it be on purpose or not that was for Jiyong to decipher. “Oh yeah? Like what!?” A musky snigger escaped his lips before teasing the other more “Name one other thing you are good at.” He arched a brow and then took his seat.

I am off semi-hiatus now! so bare with me with replies still getting on my feet. AND I'm still not fully recovered from my birthday  with was on the 15th. So ya I'm back so expect more activity from me.

 Patting the mat next to him, Mino stared up with a childlike grin, his aura matching the smile well. ❝There’s a free space here.❞ Manipulating his voice toward the taller male so only he could hear his call. There were plenty of other people looking for places to rest but none looked as cool as this guy.

    Catching himself and the sudden high change of tone, he cleared his throat before speaking up again. ❝Crazy night huh, with all the lights out and the citizens running a muck. Its good to see the government finally doing there job.” He muttered, didn’t want the droids hearing him.  

                      ❝ Names Mino, and you?❞

Darting eyes looked around for a spot. His eyes finally falling on one next to a man. A man already calling over to Jet to sit there. He looked at the man closely before making his way over. “Thanks” a cold tone - one of disinterest to begin with.

Jet cleared his throat before sitting down on the mat next to the other. His eyes carefully studying him. “Hmm, you can say that.” His eyes now wandering around the room at the droids. Letting out a heavy sigh “Shame they are back, but you can't get everything you want.”  He muttered back.

“Mino huh? Im Jet.”

”Vampy.” He repeated the term under his breath— and of course, it still sounded just as ridiculous. Vampy? It sounded so… unrefined. So childish. Taehyun wasn’t exactly the most posh person— but still.

His lips curled into a line. Vampy was weird.

Nonetheless, the offer given was quite — tempting. To his standards, it was a wonderful day out. He wouldn’t mind going out there and— … well. Doing something. Anything, really. There’s a moment of contemplation. “My hair is on point today, though. I don’t want to ruin it. You better have a big umbrella.”

Clearly, he had his priorities set.

In all honesty, Jet didn't particularly want to go outside, but for the benefit of his friend he was willing to — plus if he didn't he’d go insane. 

A small chuckle escaped his lips on hearing what the other had to say. “You care more about your hair then i do for mine.” A bright smile illuminating his lips from the teasing remark made. 

Walking past the other he walked to his coat closet before pulling out an umbrella “Its a big umbrella, so sharing it won't be a problem.” His eyes wondered towards Taehyun “But don't worry, your precious hair not get wet.” A smirk now consuming his lips as he whispered under his breath “Not that anyone will see it anyway.”

                   A proud smile formed on his lips which didn’t last longer when he heard the rest of the sentence, stir, again, as if he could mess up with that. Jiyong took the spoon again and carefully, grabbed the wok with the kitchen towel he had before so he could hold it firmly as he began to stir everything together. ❝Alright❞ he replied quickly as he distracted himself with the food but a soft growl from his stomach brought him back, he was clearly hungry. Jiyong only lifted his eyes every now and then to see what the other male was doing, the table looked nice and the food in the wok also was looked very well, so when he thought he was done, he left the spoon on the dishwasher. ❝Done! Is this okay?❞

Jet took pleasure in teasing the other male, it was something that just came naturally between the two of them. A little banter they would say. Jet’s eyes locked onto Jiyong, making sure that everything was okay and if he needed to step in he would. But to his satisfaction everything had been done to his standards. Hearing the stomach growl it made him laugh “Someone hungry?” 

After the other had called out to say he had finished, Jet made his way back over. His eyes looked at the wok with the food, and he nodded his head. He placed his hand on Jiyong’s head and ruffled his hair playfully “It looks good, you did well.” A small smirk playing on his lips “This time.” Grabbing the wok by the handles with the safe cloth the other had used, he made his way to the table. Pausing briefly, he looked over his shoulder to the other “You coming?”

Checking himself out in the mirror had now become a ritual for Jet. After he had showered or was about to head out or in most cases both. He would stand infant of the mirror for a good few minutes. Mostly to check if his hair was okay. Running his fingers through his hair, he tilted his head to the side.

 It was his first time off in forever and for once Jet was looking forward to it. However what he didn't plan for was the event that was about to take place in Eden. 

The lights flickered, and then suddenly darkness. Jet’s eyes scanned the room. But it wasn't any use because it was just dark and he couldn't see a thing. A sigh escaped his lips as he ran his fingers through his hair one last time before venturing out of the bathroom. 

He felt his away around to make sure he was heading in the right direction, things were going smoothly despite the darkness that impaired his vision. Deciding it was a good idea to head out into the hall way to see if anyone else had ventured out - rather then trying to find candles.  His hand was resting on the door handle. 

Slowly he opened it but, thats when it went wrong. As he took a step forward, his foot got caught on something that was on the floor. He fell forwards out into the hall way landing in a big heap and making one hell of a noise.

An apple can be found on the man's doorstep-- nondescript but perfect, in every aspect, a glowing red. Utterly tempting, only one thing accompanies the fruit: a note, scrawled in fair handwriting; 'a gift.'

Jet was in a hurry and practically running round the apartment grabbing everything he needed. Stuffing the things into his bag. Jet wasn’t usually one to be late and hurrying around but he had been so tired from last nights shift he decided to nap. In the hopes of regaining sleep for an hour, but he had overslept and gone over by 5 hours causing him to now be late for work.

Once opening the door, his eyes immediately looked down to the apple that was placed perfectly on the doorstep. He stopped and looked down at it, a look on his face that was puzzled. 

He studied it for a while before his eyes caught the note that was attached. Upon seeing the note he bent down to pick up the apple. Getting a better view he read what it said ‘a gift.’ 

‘A gift’. the words ran over and over through his mind coming up with things to explain it. He Questioned it for a good few minutes and to say the least he was very wary. But at the same time he kinda felt admired, obviously someone liked him enough to get him the apple and go through all the trouble to leave it at his doorstep. But it all seemed a little too good to be true.

With no more time to waste he shrugged his shoulders, shoving the apple into his bag. A ‘treat for his break at work’ he told himself. And with that he shut the door and carried on in a hurry.

"I hurt myself today" - Meme

ecxtaemin            His well worn mask of nonchalance is slowly cracking, shattering around his lips as they pull into a frown, and splintering up towards his eyes as they hold an ever brief flash of concern in the depths of dark irises. A searching gaze can barely make out the other’s form, of which is shrouded in darkness by the night that hangs overhead, and there’s a soft breeze that blows over the rooftop of their apartment complex, skewing his vision even further when his fringe is disturbed from his forehead. A hand raises, carding through the locks, and he crosses his legs from where they dangle from the ledge of the concrete barrier, sitting upon it with his back facing the cityscape. “Hurt?” A repetitive inquiry, but it holds genuine worry as the clouds blocking the moonlight shift, giving him a better view of his acquaintance. Working in a club has all kinds of hazards, he knows; glasses breaking, fights occurring, impatient patrons… Sometimes, even the authorities are called, and if he can recall anything about the last party he attended, he’s aware of just how dangerous it can get. It’s why this bit of information given to him isn’t so surprising, but still. Jet should be more careful. “How so?”

Jet had two white lines across one of his eyebrows with a cut underneath that was ever so slightly visible. A sign that he had cut himself somehow. That mixed with the  blacky-purpleness of his eye, spelt out that something had happened in the club. Rubbing the back of his head with his hand, both his eyebrows arched into an expression that read he knew he had to explain sometime and from the slight pain that he had. He didn't like to make the other worry and it only added to Jet feeling like an idiot He mumbled “Well, things got a little heated in the club last night.” 

His finger pointed to his face “And well i got a punch to the face” He chuckled to himself a little in re-asurance to his friend “But its all okay, heh, you know us club managers” His expression a little happier, now more of a I'm a muppet of look as he continued “I just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.”

❝Did I? Then I’ll have to try again to remember❞ he chuckled softly as he saw him return then nodded. With a kitchen towel he found, he grabbed the pan with the sauce in it, he was joking with him before, he actually liked the look and smell of everything he cooked. The wok was just beside the pan, so with the spoon, he poured the sauce over the other things in the wok, that, for sure, made it seem more tempting. ❝Is this okay? Do you want me to mix it or just to leave it like this?❞ he asked him while placing the empty pan on the dishwasher.

Jet watched his actions carefully, like an adult does when supervising a child. Making sure he wouldn't mess it up, but that was pretty hard to do. A small smile cracked on his lips before speaking up “Thats fine but, all you need to stir it. Im leaving that part up to you.” And with that Jet proceeded to get a bottle opener from the counter to remove the cork from the wine. Before he madehis way over to the table - that was set up prior to the cooking. Placing two glasses and the bottle of wine in the middle.

Flicking his gaze toward the taller male, his lips curled into a line. He knew Jet was right— sunshine and partially-cloudy days were usually seen as the most ideal conditions for doing— whatever it was people did. Taehyun, of course, was an exception. Leaning on his heels, he took a moment to think things through before finding a suitable response.

Of course, he realized he didn’t really need a suitable response. He had a legitimate enough reason to like what he liked— he didn’t need to have others question him on it. “I hate bright days. Days like these— … I can actually go outside without getting burned. Simple as that. Autumn is filled with rain. I like it.”

Jet stopped and blinked a few times. Thats right — he had forgotten about the others powers. Rubbing the back of his neck, he grinned slightly “Of course, you are a Vampy — my bad” in ways the two were quite similar, not just from the similarities of a power with blood but it just made getting along easier between the two. 

Making his way over to Tae, Jet rested his hand on his shoulder. “Did you wanna do something today?” Gritting his teeth, he moved his hand and shoved both hands into his pants pockets. “Im already bored staring at these four walls.” Even if it was raining it didn't mean they couldn't do anything.

Stiring the sauce was boring, but he didn’t say anything because the smell was pretty good and changed, a few times, the hand that was holding the spoon to rest the other one. He felt Jet close to himself and of course, his comment didn’t miss. ❝You would be surprised with my hidden skills❞ he winked up to him before laughing and watched him. He listened to his question and nodded before adding. ❝Wine would go pretty well with this meal❞ He smiled. ❝to make it have a taste of something❞ he teased him.

‘-Hidden skills my ass’ he mumbled under his breath to himself with a small smile on his lips. Seeing the wink it only made Jet chuckle once again, shaking his head slightly to the cheesyness of it all.”Wine it is then!” he chirped as he went to the alcohol cabinet which was filled with many things. Hearing the last comment he made, Jet couldn't help but smirk to himself - hurt but also at the same time amused by the comment. “Just the other day you said you loved my cooking” with his back turned to the other he then muttered “Do me a favour and pour the sauce over the other stuff in the wok.”
