hey all, i don't know what's going on with my jaw yet but i really really need the source of the problem - my wisdom teeth - surgically removed asap. i've had a constant headache for over 8 months and it's been getting steadily worse from the pressure. the rest of my body is in more pain than it's ever been even during flare-ups of my chronic illness. i'm having severe and incapacitating jaw pain following my dentist filling a deep cavity on the molar next to one of my impacted wisdom teeth, which is growing sideways into my other tooth and jawbone. it's swollen and eating, sometimes even just talking, is extremely painful. sorry to ask again, but i could really use help raising the money to get these out since i still need to pay rent etc etc. can make art or read your fortune in return. goal is about $600, which will cover all 4 of them out at the emergency clinic with my insurance. thanks.

Aotearoa NZ is currently in a state of emergency - the last few weeks have been flash flooding in the north island, followed by cyclone gabrielle hitting and causing widespread damage. we have also experienced a 6.3 mag earthquake last night and frankly, we still don't know what infastructure damage has been done by that on top on everything.

there have been multiple fatalities and many people are unaccounted for. thousands of people are cut off and uncontactable. many more are currently homelesses and have had everything destroyed in the flooding.

i've attached a few orgs below that are providing emergency services and have received less public visibility.

Orange Sky provides clean laundry and warm showers to those experiencing homelessness, and has currently expanded to cover those left displaced by flooding and damage - you can donate here
