Happy Friday everyone!

I’ve been trying to find new locations to study for when things get a little too loud and overwhelming. It’s so true that sometimes all it takes is a little change of scenery and the concentration just comes back to you.

I passed my upgrade!!!! I don’t think I’ve been as stressed as I was on Tuesday in a very long time, but I rocked it!!!!! They suggested some minor corrections on my report, so I spent some time today fixing up my methods and abstract. I still have some things to work on, but I should have it all wrapped up by Monday and be able to focus on my experiments for the rest of the week.

I hope everyone had a great week and has a restful weekend. I’m going to sleep for 70 hours.

My mum wanted to go to my reading event with me but unfortunately she’s ill, so it’s probably for the better, if I just go on my own. I still need to pack and prepare for that, but I am also behind on uni work and I’d really just rather write than do anything else, but what can you do.

write to the organisers, train tickets

Pack for Reading Event (Don’t forget pens for signatures and pack three books!)

7 more weeks to go to finish my masters. I am taking 2 classes and have to read 3 textbooks. 💀😬 My classes start Monday and I have read about 4 chapters total in one book and 1 chapter from my other two text books. I'm trying to outline and summarize each chapter as I go to retain what I read. Wish me luck on this journey.

Spring Semester - April 15th

I have close to no motivation these past days, and not having internet (due to a storm) since Wednesday is not helping. I worked on my dissertation a bit, but I’m not really convinced of what I wrote down.  I’m now at my parents’ to have internet to keep on working!

spent the day writing my reports. i was studying in my dorm but then my friend invited me to her place so we spent hours together baking, studying, talking and just chilling. it was very nice<3. she gave me my new year’s gift and i gave her hers!!
