this is such a huge problem in lumiose city rn, especially because of the wild zones and stuff. im sorry but that skiddo you found in zone three may look small and harmless to you but it still has horns and shit?? watched a little kid get knocked backwards by one because this was the trainer’s first time working with said skiddo. its not just the giant pokemon that need to be in balls or on leashes idc if its an eevee :/
