An outstanding experience; so many flavors previously processed only in my mind got introduced to my palate, too. Both Echezeaux were decanted 3 hours before dinner and the 1999 needed at least one more hour to reveal itself. The #Nykteri Grande Reserve 2009 by #SigalasWines showed extremely well and was mistaken for a white Bordeaux.
