Amanda Brooks is the coolest. Her book I Love Your Style was a game changer and her blog has incredible content. Here she achieves the effortlessly cool look with her green 3.1 Phillip Lim round hem dress and Céline sandals last year at NY Fashion Week.

While I normally don't support midriff baring & strategically ripped cotton tanks, I am okay with this. The slightly irritated expression actually makes it better.
