((Posting this to counteract some of the SteinxMaka stuff I’ve seen in the tag. Like any good teacher, Stein cares about his students. He protects them like a good father would even if he sometimes pulls their legs a little.  The idea of Stein with any of his students in a sexual way appalls me because it is taking advantage of the students he is supposed to protect. And if there’s one thing Stein takes seriously, it’s the well-being of his students.

What I don’t understand is how every meaningful relationship has to be sexualized. Think of the teachers that have meant something to you! Think of the mentors that have helped you on your way! They did so without expecting any kind of sexual favor because what they cared about was the well-being of their students! And that’s real love.
