Too nervous to post this to my main, but the ache in my heart to post this now 3 month old piece has been eating away at me, so I'm posting this here.

A piece I made on the night of Feburary 8th, after dealing with a severe bout of insomnia, mental health and physical health. This piece was specifically driven by a headache that had plagued me due to my insomnia.

I swear I've seen this floating around the internet in the years I've been obsessing over Greek myth and especially recently after getting into the Odyssey more.... Then to see it IN THE NATIONAL GALLERY OF VICTORIA made me go APESHIT and get really giddy

This part of the Odyssey makes me cackle too much. So seeing this specific scene and this painting RIGJT THERE Infront of my eyes- AUGH PEAK I love this painting so much, Odysseus withstanding the sick ass beats of the sirens AWEEEEE yeah.
