I HATE HATE HATE one of my profs rn. He just sent me a thing today saying I don’t attend class and haven’t turned in any work. While I haven’t turned in work online bc I admittedly forgot about it and that’s on me but it’s printmaking so he’s seen all my work progress in class which gets me to the next topic, IVE NEVER MISSED A DAY, even when I REALLY wanted to skip and it’s the first time I’ve never missed any class due to illness or bad mental health and I’ve only ever been occasionally late (10 at like most usually closer to 2 and it’s a 3 hour class). No idea where he pulled that one from but it was like the main concern he put into the note that included my advisor. Not only have I never missed, I’m currently ahead on my assignments and one of only a few that completed the most recent one early. He also sees me and gives me compliments on my work as I’m completing it meaning he should know I’m there and if he had an issue bring it up to me IN CLASS WHERE IM WORKING. Also he’s kinda notoriously shit as my friend was his TA for a semester and talked about how he did literally most work including cleaning everything and creating presentations (not at all in the description and apparently something he was told he shouldn’t do bc of some policy) and taught it by himself as well for the most part and made a print logo for the class he was given no credit for and has been used without his permission. The professor is also known for not really teaching how to carve beyond how to not hurt yourself with the tools and either sitting on his computer or walking around aimlessly barely interacting with people. Nobody who has previously taken his class has a good thing to say about him. This is literally the most stressful point in the semester as well as there are multiple events related to school and class, many things are due, and I’m going on a small trip soon so he couldn’t have done this at a worse point. I can’t even email him yet bc I’d probably swear aggressively at him for doing this shit as I’m angry and stressed
