In an overzealous bout of excitement, Levi ate their communication device a few months back. I’ve been informed this wasn’t the first time they’ve done so. I grounded them from playing with the distracting thing and made them focus solely on their hunting practice. They’re almost as large as I am now, they’ve made sufficient enough progress. I’ve lifted their electronics ban.

if we might leave a recommendation… allow them to wander away from the sea. they are subjectively a sea creature, but there is an intricacy to the leviathan consumption. they will gain most, if not all, the necessary knowledge they need through devouring.

eating humans will help immensely. giving them the opportunity to walk on land as well will make them more - worldly.

I'm well aware of their need and preference for humans. That's why I had Situ bring them to me in the tropics. Warm water means plenty of humans swimming in the water and out in small boats. Easy pickings for any water-based hunter, plus, they seem to dislike the cold, so it's more comfortable for them.

I agree they need to spend time on land as well. I can only teach them so much, as my own knowledge of things that go on up there is limited.

we have no time to take care of them, but. yes. we are also leviathan, though on a much — larger scale.

Now there's an answer I'd expect from someone who knows him. 

It's easy enough, they're not as helpless and naive as they like to act when talking to other people. Levi is a skilled hunter, though their technique could use a bit of finesse. They just need time to learn the ways of the world.
