I got really confused for a second, because 3 of them are wearing the same shirt, but my mind thought it was a panorama shot of one person, like those pics of dogs running

That business of similar shirts - the fourth is wearing same-pattern / different-colour - and similar leather britches (Kniebundhosen) is because these guys are wearing traditional Bavarian “Tracht” costume, though with modern sneakers.
The correct shoes - Haferlschuhe - are based on sturdy farm and mountain footwear; modern ones have thick, grip-profiled rubber soles…
…while in the old days they were much more metal.

On mornings when pouring milk on cornflakes sounds like the end of the world, shoes like these on a stone-flagged floor must have been No Fun At All. :-P
