I am getting a plethora of asks/chat messages regarding downloads that are missing. In general, I think of myself as a friendly person but my patience continues to be tested. If a download is tagged as MISSING or WCIF I do NOT have it. I have made this blog to make it easier to find eir's content. It is not my main blog and I am not active on it. Thank you to those of you who read and are not spamming me. I don't want to turn off asks in case someone has a link to any missing content.

Archive.org is facing a lawsuit

tldr: the Internet Archive/WayBack Machine is super important in term of archived content, billions of stuff are on there, and with the current event happening in the world like stated above,without this tool, it will be hard to properly document what took place. It will be easy for certain people to rewrite history. Dont let them.

Hello! Do you happen to know of a re-upload of Eir-Sims' archery bow? I have looked all over Google and can't seem to find it, it was a conversion of a Sims 3 bow. I'm assuming the bow wasn't re-uploaded anywhere by anyone but I just wanted to check in case you might know, thank you! :)

I made a set of new skintones, based on my dis-colors. The set includes six natural colors, only four are pictured in this post. I made defaults as well, including a default for alien. Swatches are included as well.

About the skins. The base is the lightest color, snø, and as a underlay I used one of trappings skins. I made them smoother too. The scale of light to dark goes: snø, hagl, regn, tåke, røyk. The alien is called yr. The names are norwegian words for different precipitations.

This is just a database for Eir's content. I am not sure what eyes you are talking about but if the original eyes are by trapping and you just want them defaulted, I would try asking on Garden of Shadows for someone to default the eyes for you.

Another part of my “Eir-project”: The nightgowns “Norrunsang” by Eir-Sims/ Eir-Ung. (I’m still working on my skills for the hair retexturing and also still hope that some of the missing hairs can be found before I upload my version.) I was looking for this dress for so long. Today I made a texture and alpha fix for it. You can see the difference on my crappy Bodyshop- pictures. I luckily found a texture fix for the original Trapping-dress here so I copied that alpha to the nightgown and edited the missing part to the texture. @susen70 was so kind to check if everything looks good now. :) I kept the names the same and I only included the original picture of Eir-Sims, all meshes are also in the folder. Please let me know if something’s wrong or missing. Download Credits: Eir-Sims for this complete outfit @linasims2 for the original dress (Lemonlion made the socks but I haven’t edited them) @artemida-sims for the texture fix on Trapping’s dress @susen70 for her help. I promise I actually do play my game instead of just churning out cc XD

Anyway, long ago, Eir(-sims/-ung) scaled up the basegame rocks, turning them into mountains [x]. Really cool, and some of them are massive. The one in the first picture isn’t even the largest. Yes, those are full-scale maxis trees.

They’re my new favorite hood deco, so I repositoried them to the basegame textures to save space/texture resources. They’ll use whatever rock deco texture you use in your game, like the Castaway default replacement you see in the 3rd picture. I’ve also edited the XML, so you’ll be able to place them anywhere. I didn’t edit the filenames, to avoid duplicates.

I wanted to create a set of gifts throughout the last three wednesdays of december, called the gifts of the “vinterfest-package”. A gift will hopefully be shared the next remaining wednesdays in addition to this one.

The vinterfest is my universe’s wintercelebration, instead of celebrating christmas. Vinterfest is honored as one of the most important holidays of the north, and it is known to be the most forgiving last week of december. The people of my universe have a strong relationship to nature and weather, and are fond of having a week of celebration for each season. What makes vinterfest even more special, is that it also greets the end of the year, forgiving all mistakes and forgets all the suffer of the twelve months that have passed. Therefore, the people buy or make gifts for their beloved (sometimes for enemies, as a token of forgiveness) and share time together. The evenings are spent with others, and they dress in loose suits and dresses. The people of the north (like Norrun and Heimer) often wear woolen socks as a part of their tradition, instead of shoes.

So these are traditional vinterfest-dresses from the island, Norrun. Original mesh by trapping, replaced with smooth hands and paired with lemonlions socks. Textures by engelchen, unitedbyblue and me. There are three colors included for female, teen to elder. Morphs are included as well. Check wip for more pictures. I wish you all a nice week!
