I'm having a panic attack. Husband is asleep, house is silent, cigarette is lit, and I can't breathe. Back story- we're a mid-twenties couple doing adult things on our own. We don't ask for handouts. We get shit done ourselves. He's buying a new truck for his business and we have to put $1000 down on it. Which we don't have. I've let the bills get late, and I'm about to lose my car because I'm behind. And he has no idea. We need $1000 for his truck, and $1400 for bills and my car. I have $500 in the bank and he has a whopping $3.50 until Monday when he gets paid. So I need to pull $2000 out of thin air by Thursday or we're fucked. - I can't breathe.

When I was little, I thought love was about red roses and expensive dinners.. Truth is, love is giving her half your fries when she said she wasn’t hungry. It’s waking up at 4am to her snoring and refraining from shoving her off the bed. It’s talking in accents just for shits, and trying to embarrass one another in public. It’s going on adventures, and making fun of each other. It’s stupid fights and memorable make ups. Love isn’t pretty and romantic.. Love is just stumbling through life with your best friend.
