Next Step?

Just came in to say that my life has been crazy these past couple of weeks. There's a couple of times in my life where I said I would do something but it wouldn't happen. I decided that it was time to change that, time to get my priorities and life in order. I finally got myself a new car! After about 5-6 years with my old Acura I figured it was time the old to be out and in with the new. The next big step for me? Quit Marijuana. It's about that time sadly, marking my last dance with Mary Jane on April 20. It sucks, I loved all the fun times but its just time to grow up. I mean every one has to grow up eventually right? It was either career or smoke and stay stagnant. But knowing me, i see myself as a dynamic person, I need change and need it constantly. I don't know whats next for me, but whatever comes I'm ready and I'm ready to take it head on. Good or bad, there is always something that can be learned.

In other news I can NOT wait for the summer and what new endeavors that it should bring to my friends and I. Also a pending Philippines trip on the way? Life is totally good and I'm happy to say that I'm blessed.

Back to Blogging.

Quite frankly, I enjoy writing and the whole writing process. Don't get it misunderstood though, by far am I close to being a fan of writing papers or being an English major at that.

I have got to admit, a lot has changed in such a short period of time. People you call friends suddenly become strangers, interests you soon become disinterested in... I guess you can call it the road of life. Although there is always something that can be derived from any event in which someone experiences. Personal tip? Don't dwell. Being stuck in the past is the biggest burden on moving on forward. In my opinion this applies to a broad category of things that hold us back the most.

Relationship wise? Lost someone you love? It's a damn dagger straight through the heart but at the same time you have to understand that no matter how selfish you want to be, no matter how much you want that person back, you have to respect that they're human too and you can not force anything upon anyone. If the love is gone, then what are you to do? Don't force anybody to love you, it makes you look bad and desperate. In addition, if you truly loved that person, then surely, through time, you will slowly accept that he/she just wants to be happy and you have to respect that. My advice? Use this event as a milestone and to better yourself for your future loved one. Their is plenty of fish in the sea, don't go looking for love because true love finds you.

Life is about learning, and the beautiful truth about life? The possibilities are endless.

i dont know what the relevance to this post is but...

i constantly ask myself if im satisfied with the way my life is going and i always have mixed answers. 1 day its like nothing can touch me and then another day im at the bottom of the barrell. its as if i'm in a never ending chase with trying to find myself. I feel as if im confined to my city that i live in (its great really) but staying here really held me down. i want to be that person that makes a difference, whether its 1 life or 100000 lives i just dont want to be a person whos there on his ass. i just want out. i constantly question myself if i can do 3 more years at the university but i know I got to. I guess i care about what people think too damn much and its killing me inside... another fucked up thing is how people that you're helping, end up talking shit about you? that shit just aint right, fake people deserve nothing.

this isn't a call for help, a depression post, or anything for that matter

I just want peace of mind,
