I just can't seem to be fucking right now can I?
it doesn't matter what i say or what i complain about, it never feels like i'm truly right, it nevers feels like i'm truly validated, there's always a "but". i genuinely hate this, it makes me not want to say anything ever again, because what's the fucking point? why fucking bother? i'm gonna be wrong anyway, i'm never going to be right.
and you might say, 'imagine not being able to take criticism', and that's not the thing, or at least i don't think it is. it's alright if it's here and there, but when it's every fucking thing i say or complain about, it gets tiresome, especially when it's everyone saying it. i just wish i were right for once. i wish i got told for once that the thing i'm complaining about is right, without any buts, without any 'it is what it is'. and i don't want it to be said blindly so i just shut up, i want people to say it and mean it.
this comes because i wanted to buy a peridot plushie off of youtooz, but i saw they didn't have it anymore, and it would never be restocked again. it pissed me the hell off because i think it's a bullshit, subhuman, scummy way of doing things that takes advantage of consumers. i rightfully complain about it, and it feels like for the first time i'm right, but no. there was an 'erm ackshually' involved. as if i wasn't already fucking aware.
like no, kiki, you didn't have to reply with three voice messages telling me 'everyone does it, it is what it is', because it's as if you think i don't know that. it's basic fucking common sense. of course every business wants money. no fucking shit sherlock. not only that, but you also fucking defend that scummy practice. what the fuck. and no, mia, i'm not being childish, and you didn't give me a 'reality check'. you sent a text telling me things take time to make and ship (as if i didn't fucking know that either), when that's not what's upsetting me, and i just fucking complained that the way youtooz does things is shitty, and insulted them because they deserve it.
like put yourselves in my fucking shoes, imagine if there was a character you really liked from a show you really like, and that this is the first piece of merch from this character that you can realistically get your hands on, only to see that not only is it sold out, but the company that had the merch is a piece of shit that takes advantage of their consumers and never restocks. you'd be fucking pissed too right? so then let me fucking have this. don't tell me that everyone does this or that it is what it is, i ask you to have two fucking eyes and see how much of a piece of shit they are for doing this. it's not that fucking hard to have a bit of common sense, and see and reject this shitty and scummy business practice.
