(Open & Imogen)
The idea of employment had been too tempting to pass up. Imogen was frequently bored and it seemed like something that would break up the monotony. Plus, she’d heard that there were openings for dancers or sex toys and that sounded like fun.
However, the powers that be decided that a pretty, smart girl like her would do well as a waitress. While she did like her new wardrobe of short cocktail dresses, she her doubts about how well she’d do as a waitress.
Her goal was to make it through a shift without dropping her tray, which sounded small but it was really a huge task in five inch heels. She swayed her hips as she walked through the main room of The Delancey Lounge, hoping that if she exuded confidence she would trick others into thinking she knew what she was doing.
Eleanor hardly ever found herself at Delancey's being as her kind made it a habit to not visit the vamp bar but also because the vamps didn't necessarily want them there either. That's okay, she wasn't breaking any rules. With Lou's out, she needed somewhere to get a drink fixed for her.
She took up seat away from the majority of the patrons, hopefully remaining as transparent as possible to everyone but the bar staff. As she settled, an attractive red head strolled by balancing a tray and shining with confidence . Her legs were accentuated by the heels that Eleanor could tell were giving her trouble. Cute. She must've been new at this.
"Excuse me." Elle waved a hand in the direction of the girl, hoping to both chat her up and get a drink. "Hi, sweety." She chimed, leaning forward and shamelessly giving the waitress a once over. Elle was hopelessly facing temptation. Their proximity allowed the older wolf to pick up on a familar scent. It threw her off for a moment to sense another werewolf but it quickly became comforting. "You got any gin back here for a martini?"
Pack Problems| Eleanor & Andre
Andre had heard about Lou Pine’s but wasn’t quite sure as to how bad it was. As a slave he no longer had much pull in the werewolf world but that didn’t mean he cared any less for the pack. He had requested to be part of the clean up that would help to rebuild the bar he once spent most of his time at. When he arrived he noted that something was off, but chalked it up to the fact that he hadn’t been there since he was branded a slave and even worse one who had betrayed the former pack master.
However his examination of the damage was cut short when a woman began to leave furiously and ran into him. His body reacted accordingly stumbling back and he was about to mutter some half assed apology when he noticed just who it had been. “Damn El, I know you want me but try to control yourself.”
His words caused her bony hand to snap straight for his jaw, grip tight and unwavering. "You speak to me like that again, and I'll personally rip your tongue out and choke you with it." She growled through clenched teeth. There was little patience left in her day for the likes of him, and his ridiculous attempts to bed her. And it had nothing to do with his past. With a final threatening glare, and tighter squeeze of her fingers to assure they were on the same page, she released him, her anger disappearing like a magic act. The speed at which she could go from angry to calm and back again was frightening as well as dangerous.
"What happened here?" She wasn't sure why she assumed he would know anything. If he did that was a bonus, if not she was still going to find out one way or another. Her nose bounced in the hair, sniffing out the scents in the bar, picking up nothing that helped substantially. There were just too many aromas mingling together. "None of this seems right to me, Andre."
"Maybe then you need to take your heels off. Maybe I’ll help you take them off for you along with your feet, how about that?" Luther tilted his head to one side, giving her a half hearted smile. Forcing the party goer beside her to move out of his seat by shooting him a cold look, Luther took a seat beside her, lips stretching into a thin smile as he lit up a cigarette. "Oh no, as if I needed anything from a werewolf." He said sweetly, acid dropping from his voice as he exhaled smoke onto her pretty face.
Oh how she despised the male race, and dammit, he was no exception. Had there not been so many witnesses, she had half the mind to tear into his flesh and spread him across the dance floor -- a scenario unlikely. Instead, she coolly sipped her drink as he blew wretched smoke into her face and tried her hardest to not allow him the satisfaction of getting a rise. Maybe, their first impressions could be salvaged. "For not needing anything, you're sure hangin' around an awful lot longer than I would've expected."

"I’m your favorite wolf?" Now it was time for Adele to scoff. She didn’t say anything when the older wolf patted her knee, nor did she try to retort her comment because really, she hadn’t lied. It was easy to see that Brava was her favorite. The thing Adele didn’t know was why she decided to add that tidbit to the conversation "I don’t care about pissing off the wrong person." And he really didn’t. Some admired Adele’s fearless attitude, while others thought it was idiotic. She figured Eleanor belonged to the second group.
"Why would I be waiting for someone? I’m not. I am just here sitting alone. There is no need to over-analyze my actions. I just wanted to have a smoke without a bunch of werewolves around me, asking for a hit."
Elle shook her head incredulously when Adele remarked on not caring, knowing very well that the day would come when she would. And Eleanor would have half the mind to say 'I told ya so' before jumping to help the wolf. However, continuing the conversation any further would only prove pointless so she dismissed the issue instead of wasting precious breath.
"And how did that work out for you?" Elle rhetorically inquired with a sarcastic tone and a tilt of her head. She wasn't asking for a hit but she had an inkling she was one of those pestering werewolves regardless. "So, I have you to myself, huh? Fun. Whataya say you and me cause a little trouble? Ya know, since you're a big tough werewolf 'n all."
"Huh, thanks. I try. I am really into fashion and clothes." Charlie doubted the woman wanted to hear her tirade, so she quickly stopped talking and went back to smiling at her. "Oh, that dress?" She asked as she pointed towards the garment. "Yeah, it’s really pretty. I don’t know if I will buy it, though. I came here looking for something more… Well, skimpy," she told her with a light chuckle. When the older woman complimented her, Charlotte nodded as she felt her cheeks redden. "Thank you, miss. That is a really generous offer, but uh.. I don’t think my master would approve." Really, she didn’t want to think about what Franklin would so if another dominant started sending her gifts.
Elle should've known. She had no intentions of stepping onto another's territory. The headache that would cause her. No, she didn't need it. Even if she was feeling a bit envious of the dominant that had got to her first, she kept her cool, backing off slightly but not with her tail between her legs. "Ah," she uttered thoughtfully as she slipped the dress back onto the rack "skimpy it is then. Let's get you looking even more irresistible for that master of yours." In the wolf's opinion, that would be a hard task to accomplish but the idea was entertaining regardless. Especially if she could convince the woman to change in and out of the skimpy pieces picked for her. And if her master frowned upon Elle's actions, she would play the friend route. That's all this was, right? A little friendly, female to female help. The wolf was going to get a little more out of it than the slave but that was her secret to keep. "What do you say, fashionista? I'll let you dress me up too."

Zoey’s head whipped around so fast she almost gave herself whiplash as she heard a flirtatious voice drift over to her. She barely contained the instinct to cover herself, half-undressed, short dark dress mostly unzipped and leather thigh-high boots strewn across her bed messily.
Zoey felt like a prime rib after being paraded around Cabarets and Delancey’s; her teeth checked and her breasts weighed like in that documentary on slavery she’d saw in history class one year.
Slowly Zoey turned fully, arms wrapped around her middle to keep her dress from slipping further down her bare shoulders and licking her lips.
There were no marks marring the women’s wrist or shoulder and Zoey let her eyes drift away from the other women’s gaze, down a pair of very long legs and to the floor.
"Hello… Ma’am" she said, her voice turned up at the end like a question and her business face on.
Elle's eyes scanned the little skin revealed, silently willing the dress to fall on it's own to show off more of Zoey's delectable looking flesh. The girl did her best to hang onto the fabric, much to Eleanor's disappointment but it didn't stop her imagination from wandering to the dirtiest corners of her mind. She licked her lips, taking note of the path of Zoey's gaze, and obedience displayed. It forced her ruby lips into a smug grin, her chin high as she stepped forward.
The wolf gazed approvingly, fingertips brushing with longing over the tops of the red head's shoulders. The subtle scent of Delancey's tickled Eleanor's nose, telling just where the slave had been. It was out of her control though she would keep the slaves from the vamp bar if she could. Tainted goods were hardly any fun.
"Pretty dress you got there." She purred. "And the boots to match too, huh?" Casually, she wandered over to the bed, looking over the leather shoes with a pondering expression and hints of sinful tastes. "Dress off, boots on." She paused, facing the young woman to offer no privacy in the endeavor. And in case Zoey didn't hop to it, she offered a growled, "now" for good measure. Maybe she was abusing her power to the slightest degree but there wasn't a bone in her fit body that cared.

News of Lou Pine's traveled fast and Eleanor faster when she heard. It was nothing definitive, just that it had been ransacked. But it was her friend's bar and she was feeling more than defensive, the angry wolf in her more guiding. Arriving, she discovered wasn't the only one curious of the news. Several others had gathered outside, theories being thrown among them. Who knew if any one of them was true. Eleanor stood front and center of the gathering, slack jawed at the damage she already anticipated seeing.
A deep, loud growl rumbled from her core, an audible warning of her anger. Werewolves were rowdy and she had certainly seen her fair share of fights in the place. Hell, she had seen the bar nearly come down once but this didn't seem like the work of their kind. Even from the outside vantage, Eleanor knew it and that pissed her off. Standing among the murmuring idiots wasn't going get shit done, so in a furious huff, she spun around to leave, bumping hard into the individual in her path. "Get the fuck outta my way." She growled, brushing off her blouse.
Franklin raised a brow as she chose the opposite of what he’d suggested. Why ask if she hadn’t really wanted his opinion? Not that it mattered, he didn’t particularly care. He raised his brow as she mention that he looked undecided. But then as she continued on and talked about him in a dress, his face fell.
"Yes, I’m shopping for my slave," he said, not letting his disdain for calling Charlie that show. "She’s beautiful, and would look wonderful in anything that this place carries, it makes choosing difficult," he said, not much emotion in his words. He knew it was better to keep it that way than to reveal how he really felt about Charlie. "And she already has quite a supply of lingerie," he said with a light grin.
The expression he wore when she talked of the dress amused her heavily. But then when he spoke of Charlie, there was a fraction hint of something that didn't quite fit. She narrowed her eyes and studied him. Did he actually care for a human? No, couldn't be. There wasn't enough evidence to call the jury on this one so she promptly let the feeling slide.
"Ah, one of those types huh?" Mindlessly, she scanned through the nearest rack of baby dolls. "Women are difficult to shop for, that is certain. Especially when they have everything." Though she had better things to do, there was half a mind to help the poor man. Her tastes were probably better anyway. "I think at this point, it's more of what you want to see her wearing. There's bound to be something."
Beyoncé + Fashion
With a glass of bourbon in hand and a cigarette on the other, Luther scanned the crowd in the bar, wondering who his next prey may be. Fingers tapping against his glass to the loud music playing at the back, the blond lit a cigarette, sharp blue eyes narrowing as a figure approached him. “You need something, sweetheart?”
A short-lived laugh of disgust parted her parted her painted lips. The odds of her truly needing anything from anyone were slim to none. And he was lucky that she refrained from knocking his pretty blue eyes out of his head for looking at her like that. "Relax, you're standing in front of the only seat left in the place and my feet are killing me." She offered the explanation with little enthusiasm, or regard for whether he was listening, taking seat on the cushion behind him to relieve her aching soles. From the walk by, she got whiff of his scent through the rest of the bar, carefully committing it to memory for future reference. Vampire, definitely. "Do you need something?"

And they were promptly shoved to the side.
Most people would have simply accepted the situation as it was. The girl that looked fine as all anything was over there, yes. Easy thing to just get up, go over and start something. But then someone she seemed to recognize got up first, and that was that. Right? Wrong. They got maybe a few words exchanged before whoever it was got hip-checked off to the side and Brava strutted her ass up in their place.
“Bye.” She growled toward whatever person was getting back up and glaring over at Brava, who was not having any of that
"Hi." She declared with a big, bright smile toward Eleanor. Her foot hooked the nearest chair ‘n she pulled it up behind her, trusting her spacial awareness as she just let her balance go and dropped ass into the seat she dragged over. "I’m Brava. We should be friends."
See? It was so easy!
Brows crinkled as the words left Brava's mouth. The confusion was fleeting, disappearing with the shake of her head, and amusement rushing in to replace it. She scanned the girl for any sign of injury or tampering. "Brava, did you fall down and hit your head? We are friends."
Or at least she had thought. It must've been the new perfume scent throwing her wolfy friend off. She could've had some fun with the memory loss, mess with her until she realized her idiotic mistake. The thought lingered as Eleanor slowly sipped the martini, the only indication of ill-behaved thoughts was the slow forming smirk pulling on her lips. As entertaining as it would've been, Elle decided against it.
"It's Eleanor, you idiot." Insults often flew off her tongue but you could always tell when they were playful or serious. This one was a slight mixture of both. She rolled her eyes, returned to sipping her drink at long and slow intervals. The woman on stage was still going, partially recapturing the attention of Elle. "I'm quite offended, Brava. I think you should fix that. "
"Huh?" Charlotte had decided to visit the boutique to add even more items to her never-ending growing closet. She had been checking out a black sequin dress when hearing a voice behind her interrupted her thoughts. Putting the dress back in the rack, she flipped her hair over her shoulder and turned around. "Red would definitely look gorgeous on you, ma’am." Charlie had noticed that the woman not only held an imposing presence, which instantly made her feel intimidated. "Red always suits people with darker skin. It would help bring out your features."
"Great taste," she cooed with approval, tossing the chosen piece in the basket. Despite her abrupt questioning, she had caught sight of the woman hanging something back on the rack. "Were you looking at that dress?" Elle inquired, moving right by the young woman to pull out the aforementioned dress. She held it up to the girl for reference, only finding her thoughts were confirmed. It was meant to go home with her. "Mhm, you need to buy this. Would look stunning on you, I'm positive." There was a sinful glint to her expression as she held the sequined fabric out for offering. "If you don't buy it, I will and make sure you get it. It would be a shame to never see you wearing this."

Eleanor sipped on a martini, back to the bar as her eyes feasted on the stage and the woman on it. The men seemed to be enjoying her show too, each piece of clothing removed only riling up the patrons who reacted with handing over more money and a few scattered cat calls. Had she not been comfortable in her position, she might've got up herself to participate in the action. Someone she recognized approached, catching sight of them only out of her peripherals at first.
"Well, well, well, look who's here."
