let’s talk about how the corners of his lips were sticky from being closed for too long.
Let’s talk about the sunken and sluggish motion of his eyes as he opens and closes them. They’ve been frozen shut for a while, and he’s blinking rather quickly to try and bring moisture back into his eyes. And the slightly dark rings under his eyes indicating just how exhausted he must be, and also give the audience that little note of “HE WAS DEAD.” And also how his eyes look up at the sky as he’s going up, completely and utterly confused over what’s going on. And then how his throat and shoulders move as he takes in those first breathes after being frozen, and the way the fabric of his clothes moves as he breathes. HNGH.
