So excited to share my new piece, just published on Psyche â the digital magazine by Aeon Media (New York, London, Melbourne) dedicated to psychology, philosophy and the arts.
The article digs into one of the most fascinating mysteries of music: its ineffability â why music moves us in ways that words simply can't capture or explain.
No music theory background or psychoanalytic knowledge needed â just curiosity and a love of music!
đ” The musical piece featured alongside the article was chosen by the editor â always interesting to see what someone else hears in your words.
Tune in at onaironsite.com
So happy to have received this morning the certificate for the 1st Aion Digital Art Prize, awarded by Ise-Shima Art Company â a Tokyo-based art company dedicated to supporting and promoting emerging artists. Truly honoured!

Deeply moved and grateful to share that my research on the borderland between music and psyche has been featured in the Japanese Journal of Jungian Psychology. đ” A big thanks to Michiko Masukura đ
This work was first presented last summer at the IAAP International Congress in Zurich, and it carries a very special meaning to me â part of it was developed alongside my dear colleague and friend Augusto Romano, who passed away this July. His thought lives on in these pages, and I dedicate this to him.
At the heart of the research is an idea that feels both ancient and radical: that music is a kind of ostension of the psyche â a way the soul makes itself visible. From there, the work ventures into unexpected territory, drawing a thread from depth psychology to cognitive science, to computer science, to quantum physics, guided by John Archibald Wheeler's luminous motto: "It from bit." âš
Grateful for every conversation, every insight, every note that made this possible. The journey continues.

Insieme a me ci saranno Andrea Ricciardi, Raffaele Pittella, Matilde Manara, Mara Sabia e Caterina Venturini.

A radio play produced by Agon as part of the A voce alta call.
The radio play premiered at Libreria dello Spettacolo in Milan on 15 November 2025, as part of the official programme of BookCity Milano 2025.
The work originates from "Una lettera", a poetic prose text by Sebastiano Diciassette, presented in two versions, Italian and German. As the title suggests, it takes the form of an epistolary composition addressed to an absent beloved.
The radio play seeks to move the theme of love beyond the projective dimension of the couple relationship, in search of a more universal meaning. In the experience of a single man, the whole of humanity may unfold.
Iâm pleased to announce that the radio play is now available on Bandcamp. Headphones listening is recommended.
