Different Worlds
It looked like she really had no memory of him… Well, they weren’t exactly close buddies or anything, but still, that was a little harsh! Sunohara sighed heavily and hung his head in disappointment, deciding that it would be pointless to try and argue with her. Might as well get her memory jogging, at least?
“E-Er… It’s nice to meet you, Kotomi,” the delinquent replied, feeling a little awkward. “I’m Youhei Sunohara. Okazaki is my best friend, and we’re in the same class, so we should get along just fine…?” He sounded a little unsure about that. Yes, he wanted to become good friends with Kotomi, but would she remember him next time they crossed paths? Things didn’t look too well between them at the moment!
Forcing a friendly grin, he stuck his hand out for her to shake. “Truth is, we’ve met before! Remember? Well, guess you don’t, but we can still be friends, right?”
Kotomi was intently listening to Sunohara as her face held no emotion, until a light bulb went off. So they did meet, she was correct. Now that she established that she bowed her head a bit before looking at him. "I'm sorry." She felt bad for not fully remembering him until now. Yes, Tomoyo did mention Sunohara and they did meet before.
She then cocked her head to the side. "Would you, care to join me?" She never got visitors, only Tomoyo and it seemed like he went to class today. She then held her lunch out. "I also have food to. I... usually make to much for myself."
She looked at her lunch before looking up at the ceiling. "Are you, deciding to ditch on class?" It was pretty easy answer, but Kotomi was pretty... slow with how to communicate with people.
