Finished a huge and incredibly interesting commission for Wrenly, featuring Solas being angsty and conflicted, sketching out his regrets on paper, planning the themes for his last mural.

I finally got to use all of my pastel and graphite effect brushes and go wild with colours! It was a joy to paint! I hope Fen’Harel ended up looking appropriately menacing :D

Cole’s banter always made me wonder what is was like for Solas the moment he woke up from Uthenera after a thousand years in the Fade. How long did it take him to cope with the air, the ground, this “solid” reality that can’t be shaped like a dream, let alone the Veil itself?
