What is this event? The Elgar'nan Week is a little fan event lasting a week dedicated to Elgar'nan, the Elven Pantheon All-Father in the Dragon Age series! Once the event is over, the page will function as a fanpage to reblog any fan content about Elgar'nan.

What are the prompts? Prompts are the to inspire you creating something! 2026 prompts are: • DAY 1 ( AUG 10th) EVANURIS || REIGN • DAY 2( AUG 11th) SUN || MOON • DAY 3 ( AUG 12th) LOVE || ROOK • DAY 4 ( AUG 13th) BLIGHT || DAGGER • DAY 5 ( AUG 14th) VENGEANCE || MERCY • DAY 6 ( AUG 15th) WILL || DRAGON • DAY 7 ( AUG 16th) CREATOR || DESTROYER

Do I have to use the prompts? You don't have to unless you want! Those are there just to inspire or guide you, but if you wanna use something else, follow your heart! As long as Elgar'nan is the core of it, any prompt is as good as any other.

Do I have to join each day? Not at all, please, do not force yourself, Lord Elgar'nan doesn't want you to burn out! If you wanna do a single thing it's fine! If you need weeks for each entry it's also fine. Just do as it's comfortable for you.

What kind of content is accepted? ANYTHING AI GENERATED WON'T BE TOLERATED. Beside that, any form of art is accepted. It can be illustrations, comics, artworks, sketches, physical media, songs, music, fanfictions long and short, character analysis, screenshots, gif sets. You can elaborate old WIPs to join but everything will have to be original and not posted before.

How can I get my entries reblogged? Simply tag your posts with #elgarweek and/or #elgarweek2026 Just to be safe I will also check the elgar'nan tag in general, in case some of you are going to use different tags (like elgar'nan week 2026 or similar stuff) You're also allowed to tag @elgarnanweek directly!

I can't work on those days but I want to join, can I submit my entries later? As I said before, there is no time frame to this but maybe the end of 2026! But in truth, once the week will be over, I might use this page to reblog anything related to Elgar'nan. Anyhow, feel free to work on single or multiple entries at your own pace, you health and time come before a fan week of a fictional character. I will keep checking the tags through all the year and beyond!

I've got a dilemma.

All the prompts are ready, I'm working on the graphics right now but-- the 16th of February is in less than a month. Pretty close. Which makes me wonder, would you prefer another week? There are going to be another couple of major eclipses this year (and I still find it cool to have the week going during one)

16-22 of February is the current choice. 10-16 of August is a far more visible eclipse but later in the year. 2-8 of March is closer, but it's a blood moon, not a solar eclipse!

When you would prefer to have the Elgarweek?

16th-22nd February (Anular Solas Eclipse on the 17th)

10th-16th August (Full Solar Eclipse on the 12th)

2nd-8th March (Full Moon Eclipse on the 2nd-3rd)

I'm planning this between the 16th and the 22nd of February due to an eclipse actually happening on the 17th. This upcoming week-end I will prepare all the graphics and prompts!
