Hello dear friends, how are you? A couple of days ago that Barcelona is not the oven that it is supposed to be in the summer and autumn is feeling a little closer ... I think because of that I had a beautiful dream where I felt the cool breeze on my face and the heat from the sun ... that hugs you enough to let you know that you are alive feeling all the energy of the changing ... with those thousands of flying leaves and all the yellow tones of the world painting the streets. When I woke up I thought that in September I will no longer celebrate spring and it seemed quite strange ... I wonder how would be the next season? how many new colors are in this city in outumn? I spent one week looking to the waves and cypress.. trust me slowdown is good for your soul specially in hard times.. you don’t need to take plane or a bus just clear your calendar after work and try to be one hour looking for shapes in the clouds no screens, no cellphone just you and the infinite 😍 one of the oldest way of meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️.
