Hello! We are two very goofy cosplayers from Denmark! While we may seem all lovey dovey, do not misunderstand, we are simply the best of friends! We have only been cosplaying for about a year, but we thought: "Hey! Why not share our developement with some other cosplayers?", so we aren't excactly pro - yet. COSPLAY ACT FROM GENKI-CON 2014 - Don't Hug Me I'm Scared!

So finally, here's our act. I sincerely hope you enjoy it, as we put a lot of work into the choreography - we know it's not perfect, as it is only our second act ever (and our first stage fight), but we'd be pleased if you watched it anyway. <3 Lots of thanks from Elite Idiots. <3

Stupid Apologies.

Ok, here goes nothing i guess! Hello there! Josh writing! Important update, please click "read more"!

Back at NärCon and Genki, my phone fucked up. Aka. our video-recordings fucked up, since my phone was the only thing we had to record with. I couldn't turn it on, not even when it was charging, and when i arrived back at Denmark, i had to get myself a new phone. After Genki, a week went by, i got a new phone, and me and Chibi/Emi had to leave for each of our boarding schools. I lost my job at the supermarket, and my mom is currently paying me 320,- DKK (approx. 50$) each month, whereas i need to use 160,- DKK (approx. 25$) each month to visit home. That leaves 25$ for fabric, wigs, lenses, and props for cosplay. You probably see where i'm going with this. I won't really be able to afford any bigger cosplays this year, same goes for Chibi. It'll pretty much all be cheap low-quality-budget-cosplays. I don't know about conventions either. I mean, if i can save up enough to afford it, that would be great, but i don't know yet if that's a possibility.

There'll be a cosplay-act and at least one surprise cosplay this year (2014/2015). We're still not that good with remembering to record at conventions, but we'll try our very best.  Anyway, in a few short minutes, our act from Genki-con will be put up here. I can also recommend that you go follow me (Josh) on Facebook and Instagram as "Creativinator". I upload way more stuff on there, and occasionally, updates of Elite Idiots appear there as well!

I'm not sure how much we're going to use this tumblr-account, and lately, we've contemplated wether we should make a FB-page instead, since we use Facebook way more, or if we should just wait until we've gotten a few more fans. I think i'll wait 'till we're closer to christmas with updating about what we'll do. Maybe in January we will have a response ready? We hope so! Much love from Elite Idiots. <3

Short update; 1 week and 3 days before NärCon!

Hello there! We just wanted you to know how far we are! Anywa, Emi seems like she's almost finished, so Natsu made her edit our SCRIPT for our Genki-act, while he rush on his own cosplays!

After today, Natsu'll only ned to finish the SnK jacket, half of the Tony the Clock cosplay, details on all the cosplays, and styling 2 wigs!

Emi's, as said, almost finished. She needs a petticoat, style her Page and Feferi wig and make her Feferi cosplay - that's pretty much it! Cheer for us, we really don't have a lot of time left! Bye for now, an update will arrive later on the week! Much love, Elite Idiots!

Oh gosh! We're so sorry that we haven't uploaded anything for a while now! We're actually really stressed out since NärCon's coming up, and we literally had to throw everything to the floor as soon as school finished for the year, to make our cosplays! Anyway, we're really, realy sorry! A short bit of info! All our CMV plans have been pushed until mid-August, due to the fact that we need to focus all our attention on our cosplays! Our ACT for Genki is still happening, and to make up for the CMV's we won't have time to make, we're gonna go on a lot of photoshoots, and if Natsu gets the opportunity, he even agreed to make a con-video besides our v-log, for both Genki and NärCon! (A CMV might be thrown your way as well, we'll see about that) Anyway, the picture above is of Natsu's gems, it's the first time he's working with- and painting resin!

Hello! Sorry we haven't made the tutorial site yet, but we're not completely ready to put up a tutorial anyway!

Natsu made an Eren Jaeger make-up test today! It's not the excact wig he's going to use for the cosplay, but he thought it fit just fine for a make-up test! u v u In just about two weeks, Emi and Natsu will go film two of their CMV's! We're not going to reveal what theme or what series it's going to be with though! But get ready! If all goes well, we'll be able to show you 4 fantastic CMV's the next 3-4 months!

Tutorials and stuff!

Hello! 

So, we just finished our last non-oral examination! After this we only got oral examinations and a lot of time to practice on doing just those examinations. But that's not really what this text post is about; It's about the tutorials! Yes, you read that right! I'm not sure if we've mentioned here on Elite Idiots, but Natsu and Chibi have talked about the fact that we don't wanna be a regular cosplay duo. We want to help you guys get better at cosplaying as well, so everytime Natsu and Chibi tries something we believe we can make a tutorial for, we will! Although, it would be rather confusing if we mixed those tutorials with all our photoshoots, videoes and text posts, so we're gonna make a new URL! Don't worry, nothing fancy, it's going to be called: EliteIdiotTutorials! That way, everything that has something to do with the tutorials will be posted there, and everything else will be posted here! If there's any specific, important info' about the tutorial page, we'll post it on here as well ofcourse! The first tutorial Natsu is working on at the moment, is a troll horn tutorial. - Hello there to you all! - Here's the act we made for SVS-con 2014, and it was the first act we've ever made, so we're really proud! The act was a cross-over between Steampunk!Adventure Time and Fantasy!Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, with the characters Fionna the Human and Human!Michelangelo! Our next act is going to be for Genki-con '14, but so far, we've decided to keep it a secret! Be excited! Now, we hope you'll enjoy this lovely act and watch out for any future CMV's we might upload! - (OBS; We actually don't know what we're going to cosplay at Sunday yet. The cosplay plan we originally had, showed up not to be as ideal as it was to start with. So now we're quite confused.

We'd like your oppinion, please! Should we just re-use one of the other cosplays we're going to wear at that con, and if yes, which one? Or should we try making another cosplay, and if yes, which characters would you like to see us cosplaying?)

Anyway, that's it for Närcon! We're probably gonna re-use these cosplays for Genki, since there's only like, 4 days between the end of Närcon and the start of Genki-con, so we'll just be able to get home, change and re-pack, and get ready for Genki and our cosplay show!

Exams and Information about V-logs!

Hello to you all! We hope you're having a great day! Well, Natsu and Emi had their first examination today! And there's a lot of those following for the next few days. But do not worry, we have not forgotten you! We are working at top speed to finish our Militarystuck outfits, so we'll probably upload in-process pictures, and at the end of the month (if possible) a photoshoot! And we've just been at a con where we had an act! So that'll probably be up later today, if Natsu get the file soon enough! As soon as we've finished our Militarystuck cosplays, we'll hurry on to start on the next, which'll be Tony the Clock and Page the Notebook! (Natsu will probably be working on his Eridan wig meanwhile, since he has to make it himself, just like Emi is going to make her own Page wig) Now, about the V-logs.

Natsu and Chibi have been talking about what we're going to do with that. Since we haven't really been wearing full cosplays at the past two cons we've been to while we had out "Elite Idiots" group, we've decided we won't upload any V-logs for those. We WILL make a review of the con, though! We believe it would be most interesting for you guys if you actually had something to look at - that being our hella faces and decent cosplays. So, our first v-log will be filmed at Närcon Summer '14! That's our first con out of Denmark as well, so that's awesome! There'll probably be a lot we'll have the need to film, haha! Until then, i hope you'll be alright with some possible tutorials, WIP pictures, act previews, CMV's and tiny photoshoots!

We went to the Hanami Festival in Copenhagen!

I'm sorry i haven't put up the introduction movie yet, but i really will make sure to do it as soon as possible!

Me and Chibi's exams starts on the 5th of May, so we're pretty stressed right now, BUT! Since danish students who finish juniour high has this tradition of dressing up on the day of their dimission, we'll finish our Militarystuck outfits (Dave and Jade) soon! (day of dimission is 28th of May)

Tomo-con!

Hello! So, Emi ended up not going to Tomo-con, since she ended up being really, really sick. We just pray she'll be better in time for SVS-con!

But Natsu still filmed a v-log! A short v-log, mind you, but that's to be expected when it was a small con and he was also working as a gopher.

Without repeating too much of what i am already going to mention in the v-logs, i can say that Tomo-con was amazing! It's definitely a con we'll return to! And a big salute to our friends Louise and Sandie who was some of the people behind the whole Tomo-con idea! You did a great job, guys!

- Anyway, Natsu borrowed Nadia and Sam's camera's, so he has to wait with editing the v-log until they've sent him the clips! When our petty little v-log is finished, we'll put it up! Until then, stay beautiful, lovely! <3

Here it is! The soundfile is finally finished! (I think). Now all we actually need to do is make the timeline and roughly edit some photo's, then we'll be ready to sign up for the cosplay show! We're probably going to send the sign-up e-mail to the convention staff later this evening! (Natsu's the one who's going to send it in, and he's currently spending the day with his family celebrating easter holidays).

We're seriously so excited about this, so we hope the act will turn out great! When we've performed it, we'll make sure to show it to you!

About the soundfile - and Emi's health.

Ok, some of Natsu's friends gave him some feedback on the soundfile, so he's just gonna edit a final thing and then put up another version of the soundtrack! That version is probably going to be the final result, so we just hope people like it! Natsu is a little bit more satisfied with the soundtrack after he tried to edit it with the feedback in his mind! An entirely different thing is, Emi have gotten sick. Natsu is slightly ill as well, but Emi actually felt so bad she had to leave from Natsu's house before time. With a con coming up this weekend with our panel, and Emi's birthday on the 21st of April, we really hope she'll get better!

Hey guys! So uh, this is the sound file that we're going to use for our SVS-con act! But for some reason, it just doesn't sound right. Like, something is wrong, or something is missing or whatever.

Natsu have been working on this for days now, and he's getting quite frustrated, so he finally thought: "Why not ask tumblr what they think?" If you have any suggestions about what may be wrong, or just in general what you think of our soundfile, we'd be thrilled to hear from you!
