QUINN: So where else can we go?

PUCK: You don't need to worry about her. She's reacting to loud noises, so we know she can at least hear something.

QUINN: So what are we supposed to do for project?

PUCK: Shelby's done them, but they run shit like that for the first year or two. Looks okay so far, but they can't say her hearing's perfect until she's hit all the milestones she's supposed to hit.

QUINN: So she's just doing it to be cautious?

PUCK: Because my whole family is deaf. She figured it was better safe than sorry in case something turned up with Beth's hearing.

QUINN: Aren't there tests and stuff they can do?

PUCK: But if you wanna avoid her, we can't do anymore shoots at Haverbrook. She had me set her up with the ASL class.

QUINN: Why?

QUINN: So what are we supposed to do?

PUCK: Maybe you guys don't want her around, but I'm not gonna say no. I wanna be able to see Beth.

QUINN: Because there's not a million other places she could work?

QUINN: You really think she's just going to let you come play dad?

QUINN: Rachel wants nothing to do with her and she just messes everything up.
