So far I have been going strong for 3 weeks
Improvements:
More happy and energized
Smaller waist beginning to tone

Hardest parts:
Plateus due to water retention and muscle gain
Looking around the pilates studio and seeing the other girls (at my goal weight)
Fighting off urges to eat junk
