these “i like older men” blog accounts are so frustrating because most of them are teenage girls who have been exposed to the “aesthetic” and “coquette” -ification of sexual abuse and pedophilia and are being told it is desirable. it puts them in vulnerable positions where men can easily manipulate them and take advantage of them. please please think before you post, a silly crush on an older teacher or reposting an edit of an older celebrity does not equate to wanting to date and be “manhandled” by older men.

this also demonstrates how society takes the horrific actions of men and normalize it until it is deemed acceptable and girls like those on tumblr are manipulated into being complacent.
