SPIN THE SABER

OMG.

I know we’re all dying over the latest interview where Rian jokes about “spinning the saber,” for Ben’s first kiss. But it got me thinking… really thinking.

I watched the Throne Room scene again, and realized something.

When Rey takes Kylo’s saber and tries to attack Snoke with it, he flings her easily to the ground.

But what we may have not realized, was the spinning saber right by Kylo’s feet.

AND HE IS WATCHING IT DO THIS! You literally can see his reflection on the floor watching it. They wanted us to see his reflection in that moment. He’s watching the saber spin around towards him.

So what, you might say?

No. This is everything.

** THIS RIGHT HERE IS WHEN HE FIGURES OUT THE WAY TO DEFEAT SNOKE!!

Until then, I think he’s racking his brain for ideas on how to take that S.O.B. out! Well when it’s spinning by his feet, it’s like a sign from the Force.

When he looks up, his expression is one of complete resolve.

And I think his master senses it.

Because right after he states he feels a resolve in him. And it’s time to fulfill his destiny.

He is so brilliant in twisting his saber and doing everything according to his physical actions, and seems so determined to take out his greatest enemy, that Snoke looks RIGHT PAST HIM! He doesn’t even get it.

Kylo is the most powerful person in that room in that moment, especially when he says, “I know what I have to do.”

He no longer needs help.

He’s doing this.

For Rey.

For himself.

And I’d like to think for his family… especially Han.

And just like that. He strikes down his enemy.

Just thought that was so interesting!!
