Dream Journal #6

The "Squid Games" have been legalized. Anyone can participate while others bet on them; the previous edition's "winners" started getting sponsored by companies, encouraging them to return to the games. For obvious reasons, the games still had a stigma, and most people still see them as barbaric.

I found out where most of my cousins signed up; the youngest one, against all odds, became a 5-time winner, and some companies and participants were trying to get rid of him.

Idk if this counts as a headcanon or is moreso an AU but

I fully believe in transfem Berdly. Like imagine a college age Berdly working on getting her degree in computer science, having abandoned her previous Redditor personality and is instead a more quirky nerd, kinda like Alphys but more extroverted and still keeping a bit of the smugness but less so in a way where it'd lead to an "um, actually" being uttered.

Idk if this is a dumb idea or not I just think it's fun

Dream Journal #5

Everything worked as a point-and-click video game, so to advance, I had to "click" or complete a related mini-game.

I watched a movie about the dangers of radiation and its effects on the environment. For some reason, it was written as a dark comedy, and nothing about it could've been taken seriously. All except the last part, where the movie showed what they called "the last resort," which, in short, was a lead-filled bomb that would help reduce the radiation.

In case you don't know, lead is poisonous. So basically, it was a "what will kill humanity faster" situation.

After that, I just went to play bowling.

A continuation of the college dream.

Most of us already had jobs lined up when we graduated; those who didn't ended up finding work at a gas station later. I was stuck in a dead-end job as a writer, and whether I liked it or not, it was stable.

A few months later, I received a fax with a mysterious message: if I wanted to save one of my friends, I needed to travel to an island. I immediately requested a week off from my supervisor and made plans to travel with some friends.

After two unrelaxing hours of travel, we finally arrived. Although the island had a small population, we were unsure of where to go next. Our only clue was to head to the museum.

Dream Journal #3

We were all living in a conjunction of underground bunkers, interconnected by a fairly simple subway system. The largest one (the capitol) was the size of Texas and had 100 floors, while the smallest (city 17) was a the size of 2 football stadiums with 20 floors. I learned all of this on history class, which I had an exam on, and was reviewing this with a friend.

This one-on-one session was cut short however, because her partner came and jealously threw me out of the apartment. I had to go to my residential building back in city 5.

Now, while we were all living underground, the bunker’s door to the surface were open and without supervision, but everyone who did adventure to it (allegedly) came back regretting it, some even deeply depressed, so only the few rebellious child’s like the ones I saw on my way to the subway did.

I woke up when I got into the station.

Ryu's Dream Journal #1

I don't remember what I was doing, but I gained control of my dream when the city alarms started blaring; everyone got out in time to take cover for the impending natural disaster, but nothing came of it.

Moments later, I went to meet a friend on the basketball field near the campus. Since I didn't have my credentials, I had to climb the fences, getting a few wounds. My meeting got cut short as they rushed me to the college nursery on the fourth floor of the main building.
