If the Meta Liberation Army (MLA) were to include a dedicated "All For One Loyalists" sector, it would represent the most overtly destructive and power-hungry faction within the organization. This sector's members would be drawn to All For One's (AFO) immense power, his promise of a world where the strong reign supreme, or simply their personal debt and fear of him. Their philosophy would be less about "liberation" in Destro's sense and more about absolute dominance and the dismantling of hero society through overwhelming force, aligning with AFO's long-term goals.
Here's a thorough breakdown of who would join this sector and why:
AFO Loyalists Sector: The Apex Predators
Core Motivation: Unquestioning allegiance to All For One, driven by a desire for power, freedom from restraint, a sense of debt for their liberation, or sheer terror of AFO's capabilities. They view AFO as the ultimate symbol of strength and the true path to a world without the "lies" of hero society.
Leadership: All For One (the ultimate puppet master, even if not physically present).
Key Figures and Their Roles:
All For One (The Architect & True Leader):
Role: The clandestine leader, manipulating events and individuals from the shadows. He provides the ultimate power, resources, and strategic direction for this sector. His goal is to "profiteer from both sides" and eventually reclaim his dominance.
Why they join: He is the source of their freedom, their power, and their continued existence outside of prison. His "absurd amount of power" makes him the ultimate authority.
Nomu (The Enforcers):
Role: The mindless, yet incredibly powerful, shock troops and elite fighters. They are the physical embodiment of AFO's power and control.
Why they join: They are literally created by AFO and Dr. Garaki. Their "programmed" nature ensures absolute "Undying Loyalty" and a singular focus on destruction. They are "Elite Mooks" designed for combat.
Lady Nagant (The Manipulated Assassin):
Role: A highly skilled, cynical, and initially reluctant asset, used by AFO for targeted eliminations and to test/corrupt heroes. Her unique Quirk and past as a "Broken Ace" make her invaluable.
Why she joins: Freed from Tartarus by AFO, she initially pledges loyalty due to her deep disillusionment with hero society, believing AFO's "transparent" evil is preferable to the "gilded daydream" she helped uphold. AFO also grants her the "Air Walk" Quirk, making her an "Unwitting Pawn" for his schemes. Her "Horrible Judge of Character" and AFO's "Involuntary Suicide Mechanism" ensure her compliance, at least initially.
The Jailbreakers (The Grateful & Opportunistic Hired Guns):
Role: A diverse group of dangerous criminals freed from Tartarus and other prisons by AFO. They serve as his direct muscle, bounty hunters, and chaos agents.
Why they join: Their primary motivation is the freedom AFO granted them. They are "Elite Mooks" who committed "heinous crimes" and are now unleashed. Their "Undying Loyalty" is often a mix of gratitude and fear of AFO's power.
Kunieda: A "mass murderer" and "Serial Killer" who explicitly states his "Undying Loyalty" to AFO. He is eager to "demonstrate [his] utility" as an assassin and believes in AFO's "streak of killing traitors," aligning with a brutal, pragmatic worldview. His "Unnamed Plant Quirk" allows him to wipe out entire squads, proving his worth.
Gashly Eijiju: A "Minion Master" with an "Unnamed Monster Baby Quirk," he's "infamous and feared for his long distance, stamina draining, combat." He serves AFO for the opportunity to unleash his power and cause widespread destruction. His "Silent Antagonist" nature and "sadistic" joy in chaos fit AFO's destructive goals.
Dictator: His "Despot" Quirk, which allows him to "control multiple beings via strings from his body," makes him a terrifying tool for AFO to create human shields and mass chaos. He serves for "unspecified security" and the opportunity to "control whole crowds of people against their will."
Fanged Jailbreaker: A powerful, unnamed escapee with "Scary Teeth" and tattoos, recruited by AFO to capture Midoriya. His simple, brutal strength makes him a reliable, if short-lived, asset.
Shark Jailbreaker: Another unnamed escapee with a "Gigantification Quirk" who fights Midoriya in the ocean. His Kaiju-like appearance and raw power make him a destructive force for AFO.
Dreadlocks Jailbreaker: An unnamed escapee sent to the Gunga Mountain Ruins. His presence indicates a general willingness to fight for AFO after being freed.
Muscular (The Bloodthirsty Brute):
Role: A pure "hedonistic sadism and bloodlust" villain who revels in combat and destruction. He's a direct, powerful combatant.
Why he joins: AFO provides the ultimate playground for his "violent, rampaging killer" tendencies. He seeks nothing more than to fight and kill, and AFO offers him the perfect environment for that.
Moonfish (The Sadistic Killer):
Role: A deranged, silent killer who enjoys inflicting pain.
Why he joins: Similar to Muscular, Moonfish's "Blade-Tooth" Quirk and his enjoyment of violence align perfectly with AFO's destructive agenda. He's a tool for pure carnage.
Starservant (The Delusional Prophet):
Role: A "Badass Preacher" with "Prophet Eyes" who can "manipulate and re-shape glass." He could be used by AFO to spread apocalyptic prophecies, drawing in desperate or deluded followers to swell AFO's ranks.
Why he joins: He genuinely believes in a "horrible darkness" and sees AFO as the "dark lord" whose coming signifies "the end is nigh," making him a willing, if unwitting, pawn in AFO's grand scheme.
Ending (The Obsessed Fanatic):
Role: A "recently released convict with a deep admiration for Endeavor," his "Death Seeker" tendencies could be manipulated by AFO to cause chaos and target specific heroes.
Why he joins: Dabi dispatches Ending to Endeavor, indicating AFO's network uses these individuals to further their goals. His singular obsession makes him a predictable weapon.
All For One's Spies (Tajima, Mihaera, etc.):
Role: Infiltrators and saboteurs, tasked with gathering intelligence and disrupting hero operations from within.
Why they join: It's "heavily implied that these five are only working with AFO not out of genuine loyalty, but because they owe a debt to him that will result in their deaths if they don’t comply." Their "Dirty Coward" nature means they prioritize self-preservation by serving AFO, even if it means "screwing over thousands of refugees."
Characteristics of the AFO Loyalists Sector:
Absolute Hierarchy: Unlike other MLA sectors that might have more nuanced leadership, this sector operates with AFO at the absolute top. Orders flow directly from him, or through trusted lieutenants like Dr. Garaki or Gigantomachia.
Destructive Focus: Their methods are primarily direct, overwhelming force. They are less concerned with public perception or ideological purity (beyond AFO's own twisted version of "freedom") and more with tearing down the existing system through violence and chaos.
Opportunistic Recruitment: While some are genuinely loyal, many are coerced or join out of self-interest, seeing AFO as the best bet for survival or personal gain in a collapsing society.
Lack of Moral Boundaries: Most members have no "Even Evil Has Standards" and are willing to commit heinous acts if it serves AFO's purpose.
Resource-Driven: They benefit immensely from AFO's vast, illicit resources, including advanced Quirks, Nomu, and intelligence networks.
This sector would be the most direct and dangerous threat to hero society, representing the raw, unbridled power and destructive ambition of All For One himself.
In my opinion, those characters HAD A GREAT POTENTIAL TO SHINE as in the manga and the anime. They've commited crimes. But it was during AFO's decaying era during Izuku's time. Maybe Muscular, Moonfish and Mustard are recluted by Sylenne to be DESCARTED as trash by The Demon Lord Himself...
And also, Ivan, the Prince of Dawn has his own organizaiton.
