You can have her take it down without even involving court. There are plenty of devices that offer free legal assistance whether it’s your work, your community or in general. I would see some free legal advice but I know for a fact you don’t need a lawyer to issue and take care of your name. Also if j were you I would get some type of business name, even if you dabble or don’t do this forever getting an LLC, Sp or anything along those lines will shut that girl up forever regardless of a lawyer or not.
