Unless you were working somewhere really boring, but how often does that happen? Oh, totally, it’s like the old world and the new world come together into one and you get the best of both, right? I absolutely went along on that, I did the rock scramble on Monday, the hike yesterday, tennis and rock climbing today – which, yes, I swear I can be a morning person sometimes, by the way! – so it’s been a good first half of the week. How about you, have you gotten into anything exciting? Say no more, I get you. I get the feeling you’re with Joe, right? He mentioned being in an ‘interesting’ room, and I was almost too scared to ask.

Obviously that is what I am aiming for. Buy their trust and love through trips and tourist attractions so they will do everything I want. Just another path to world domination, really. Or how do you see it? No but really, it should always be possible to find some time to drink in the amazing places we get to go. Yes! That is exactly how it is. I mean, we have out traditions and cultural-slash-historical things, too. But most of our life is so ... modern. Even in our traditions, everything is modern and pretty focused on that. In places like Thailand, you still have ... both. And it’s a bit of a mind-fuck to see them co-existing, but a sort of good one? Wait, sowing their wild oats? Call me a damn foreigner, because that’s what I am, but what does that mean exactly? Hike? Yup, two of them, actually. The group hike as well as some exploring without the whole group. The cook-out is a great way to wrap it, though. Nice and solid evening with friends and good food, nothing super fancy, just fun. And yes, I am with Joe. Which is ... weird. Since we’ve not talked in ages and ... well, I guess we’ll see what comes of it. So, since we’re pretty much home-bound soon, are you going to be off and busy again, or are you staying in town for a while?

Oh we are still deciding on all that and all the terms we have to come to? It is a lot of work but she is a sweetheart i am glad we have her because if she was too energetic I know the baby would be too and that could scare me a little bit. A fuck slips in for me more often than not, so that’s just one more reason for why it’s a good thing I am a childless bachelor. Well, that’s the truth. Not sure any of my family members would forgive me if I left them somewhere–and then there’s the whole ruining my career if I get arrested for child abandonment. Not to even mention the unwanted buttsex–I’m not entirely sure that I’m cut out for that type of lifestyle right now. That’s nice though–it’s a good time to settle down into a vacation and remind you to focus on yourself and not always on work. Honestly, with kids, that’s not really my scene anymore anyways. I never forget a vacation anymore. I don’t think I’ve met anyone that has bored me yet so I’m sure that won’t be a concern.

Obviously there’s that to consider, too, yes. The family and the career, up to every individual to decide what they consider worse - no career or no family. Depends on the family, maybe, too. Oh, oooh, I am enjoying that you said “right now”. That gives your approach to life in general a whole different meaning, and one that makes me laugh. Under which circumstances would that type of lifestyle be something you’re cut out for, then, huh? Buttsex and all. And I, yes, I can see how children and what is generally considered a bachelor lifestyle don’t tend to mix. And not that I have anything against children in the slightest - I don’t - but right now I am kind of glad I can celebrate signing two movies and some personal achievements without having to think about potentially ruining a child’s life. But I hope you get to have little ... mommy-breaks? Let loose sometimes?

Actually we wrapped yesterday.  You will be able to listen to it in a few weeks.  It was performed like one of the old radio shows back in the day.  So once they have it all edited it will be available for everyone.  This is my third production like this and I always have crazy fun doing it.  And yes Dever was a detective on the show.  He played Ryan.

It’s always a bit disappointing, right? Because you spend so much time hoping that you’ll get to explore and see around, and then you’re on set the whole time. Not that I would complain, but still. I’ve heard that Thailand is gorgeous, though! She was pretty cool, just because she’s one of those people that exudes cool, you know? Nah, I hear you, I even have my struggles keeping up when it’s a big party night, but every now and then it’s fun. That’s my plan! This morning was for a nice sleep-in before we decide to hit the pool later, and then… who knows. There’s honestly so much to do, it’s hard to decide where to start. It can be boring, but when you don’t have to get up and get dressed to get the food, that’s an added bonus to me. I’m not being Nosy! But when you mentioned me sharing with Sophie, you mentioned you sharing with Gina, so I just thought maybe that meant you were roomin’ together.

Absolutely. And if I ever end up directing or scheduling a movie shoot, I’ll definitely try and find time for everyone to enjoy at least a little of the local culture or landscape or something. Obviously, time is money but ... there’s more to life, I’d say. Thailand is incredible. And what’s the weirdest thing is how the modern things and the old culture mash there. The differences are so present in everything. The keyword here is every now and then. I absolutely lift my hat to people who do it every weekend and are older than 16. Where do they get their energy from, if it isn’t cocaine? So will I see you on the group hike, or are you more of a enjoying the outdoors from a respectable distance person?
