It’s the first time I put on tumblr a finished costume...and I start with my “””” best “””” one: Carousel from Sakizo’s artbook “Favourite March”

The first time I saw Carousel, years ago, I felt in love. She was so cute and pink. Finally this little dream come true. My favourite part of this costume is all the embroidery work. I DO love needleworks. I spent my free time (during the exams) stitching on my corset and making the little pony. I call her “Confettina” (in italian it means “little candy”, more or less).

It’s not perfect at all but I love it...hope you like <3

Usagi's brooch and Facebook Page

Yeeeeey some progress here! 

This is the 0.2 version of Usagi's brooch. It's not so smooth as I wanted but still pretty enough .

Yay! An update XDD

In these days, I'm working on Usagi's school uniform (manga version). Styling a low-budget (that sometimes means low quality) wig was a pain, but I kinda like the result!

I choose the winter version, but I made also a new collar and wristbands for the spring one. The brooch was my first try... I made a new one yesterday, I'll post the result soon. 

I'M SO HAPPY. I don't like so much the reboot (I prefer the original series, even if Usagi was a super silly girl compared to the new one XD), but Sailor Moon's popularity is again at its pick and I'm felling infected by the general enthusiasm! This is a dream coming to life <3

My gosh, I can't believe it!! My Sakizou's Carousel corset is almost finished!o(^▽^)o

During these months I have been working very slowly because of the study, and now that the con is very close (less than 50 days!!!), I'm beginning to feel the pressure...

It is not the first Sakizou's cosplay I do, but it was the first time that I sew a corset with boning and ribbons..> <

Every detail was embroidered by hand, even the trimm of pearls was all hand-made. Roses seem almost red in the picture but they are hot pink, almost like the roses on the fabric. 

The other piece is the front part of the skirt. It's soooo short.. >///<

Yay! this is my first post here on the Tumblr galaxy! *A*

I start with a progress of the embroidery on the corset of Sakizou's Carousel! I'm just in love with this illustration!

I did this two months ago, the base is cream taffettà. I had to reacreate the design 'cause in the reference is mostly covered by an arm. It's all made by hand within 20 hours of work.
