The Fire Lord’s Door is Always Open to the Water Tribe Ambassador Yesss… sorry, Another Water Tribe Ambassador/Fire Lord headcanon that I quickly sketched in between work and chores and stuff. The premise I had in mind is that Katara is constantly pouring over documents/treaties/trade argreements/etc late at night in her pjs because she really cares about the cause of rebuilding the SWT (and the world in general) post-war; but she’s so passionate about the cause to the point where she’ll just barge in on Zuko in his private quarters (while he’s having dinner or something) to bring up her issues with him right away. But of course, he lets her. Katara’s passion and determination are such a good qualities of hers, and I’d like to think that Zuko would admire that about her as well. Sort of in keeping with the last screencappy gray-scale picture I did. No idea what casual, sleepy-time robes would look like so I was just fiddling around with some ideas. ALSO… I hate drawing backgrounds, guys. PLEASE DON’T REPOST.

Zutara Week 2022 Day 1: Tradition

Unfortunately this is the only prompt I was able to get done this year. I really wish I had been able to do them all (it’s tragic because I even have some roughs for mini animatics for almost every day ToT who knows maybe I’ll finish them one of these days), but alas I ran out of time and energy just getting off of a project and being in my 9th month of pregnancy. But hey wouldn’t it be fun if my baby was born during this year’s Zutara Week. lol Anywho, just a very short little mini-animatic for this prompt.

Dedicated to the ZDAS, you all are still very much in my thoughts. n.n
