You mean how do I tell my friends apart?
I can't, really, unless they get close to me or speak to me. Memorizing their voices was hard at first but hearing accents or what they say helps. If they're at a distance and calling for me, I usually just say something like 'Hey, you" until I know who it is.
This sounds bad but sometimes if they're close enough or wearing a lot of perfume I can smell them. Nadia is more of a tropical, coconut smell. Anya and Ava are warmer, except Anya has a forest or pine smell sometimes and Ava occasionally smells like cookies. Hazel is tropical like Nadia but slightly more floral, if that makes sense. Scout is lavender or lilac and vanilla.
Is that creepy? Probably, but you asked.
