No? I don’t remember a thing. Although, I suppose that’s how sleepwalking works. I just know that apparently, I sleep walk. I woke up and one of the maintenance people here told me. So, that’s fun..I did? I mean, I’m sorry. That’s very embarrassing on my part, and I really hope I didn’t put too much of a damper on your hopefully restless sleep? What happened, exactly..?

“It’s okay, it wasn’t a big deal. Just scared me at first. You wandered in and just kind of... stared at me. You were making these whining noises, like you were hurt, or you wanted something. I didn’t figure out you were sleep walking until I waved my hand in front of your face and you didn’t react. I tried not to wake you up, because I think I read somewhere that you’re not supposed to wake up a sleepwalker. Eventually I got you to lay down in my bed and go back to sleep. --Well, actual sleep. That’s about it.”

Walking down the hallway with a skip in her step, Sophie came to an abrupt stop when she noticed someone sitting on the floor in the middle of the hallway. “What’re you doing?” Sophie asked in a cheerful tone, approaching the girl.

Emerald was quite out of it, due to the narcotics currently within her system. She was seated on the floor, staring blankly at the opposite wall. She hadn’t really moved as people walked past, but hearing someone address her, she nearly flinched. “--...Huh?” Her gaze found the other, confusion etched along her expression. “Oh, nothing.”

“...In case you missed it, some really wasted girl just tied a ribbon around my hips and said my ass was a present. I am now making it my top priority to get on her level.”

A small laugh left her, eyebrows raising playfully. “Oh, yeah? Or what?” She challenged with a smile, nodding soon after. “That’s cool. I like hip hop, contemporary, and really any type of partner dancing.” She shrugged, grimacing slightly. “I don’t see the use in lying.”

Shrugging, the blonde moved her hand back, crossing her arms over her chest and began to walk next to her, their pace slow. “She told me our relationship didn’t matter. And some other stuff that I really don’t want to get into. I don’t think she was expecting it in the slightest, but at the time, nothing else mattered then how shitty I was feeling.” She explained.

Emerald nodded a bit sadly at her words, flicking her cigarette away from them. “--...I’m sorry. And you were threatened after that?” She asked, remembering that detail although she was plastered when she heard about it. It worried her, the idea of someone in the house wanting to hurt Addie. She hadn’t really been able to keep from thinking about it.
